Item should be arrived in few minutes if you have provided valid trade url. Sometimes it can take more time, but item will be arrived for sure at the latest within 24 hours.
4. There are only few items available, how often is the delivery of items?
We refill inventory dozen times a day, if there are not items available, be patient, we refill inventory for sure.
5. What type if items are available for users?
There are Counter-Strike: Global Offensive weapon skins, stickers, cases etc.
6. I did not receive my points for installing apps of filling offers, what should I do?
Generally, offers are handled by TapJoy service and they are responsible for accepting offer completion and granting points. There is an instruction what user should do if he didn't receive his points:

They now added a top 10 feature to be able to get one really expensive skin! Good luck! Now I know where bonuses come from, they are from when you role a "coins". Gl and hf! I like It, I guess. They get tons of money for their ads and from us downloading and playing their games, and the most we get is some battlescarred skin worth 3 cents. I'm really only complaining because I used a lot of my time on a game that was supposed to give me 237 coins, but when I did what I had to do, it disappeared and I didn't get the coins, and I'm pretty disappointed. If you can help with this, the game was called Legacy of Discord, or something along those lines.

The offers are easy to complete and if an offer on tapjoy does not credit you have to wait 24 hours to submit a ticket. The withdrawls are instant.
