About DownDroid
DownDroid is a download manager for Android, useful to download files from several download servers and also compatible with real-debrid, simply-debrid and premiumize.me accounts. It's the first port of famous JDownloader to Android. With DownDroid you can add links manually or from a Browser to the download queue. Downloading can be paused/resumed. You have to set up your premium account in application's config before to start downloading files from some servers. The download folder can be changed from application settings. You can enable/disable links (long press on the download link to enable/disable it). Premium servers included : bitshare.com, cloudzer.net, extabit.com, freakshare.net, hotfile.com, letitbit.net, mediafire.com, mega.co.nz, netload.in, rapidgator.net, uploaded.net, share-online.biz, 2shared.com, 4shared.com, nowdownload.eu, putlocker.com, turbobit.net, easybytez.com, uptobox.com. Multi-host servers included : simply-debrid.com, real-debrid.com, alldebrid.com, premiumize.me and marketmilitia.org. More servers will be added on future versions. In-app purchase to remove ads available. To remove links (or accounts) swype them from left to right.

Has the troubling habit of stopping your file transfer if you switch between programs. Great however, to leave downloading at night when phone charges

Downloads start at 100 KB/s then slow down to 0.5 KB/s within the first minute and eventually abort with the app saying 'download finished'. Crap.

Upgraded to Android kitkat then the downdroid always FLRCE CLOSE PLEASE FIx Before that... it was great.. I even purchased the Ad free version

But unfortunately never worked. I had high hopes for this download manager with all of its great options being able to login to your accounts, have the option to use downdroid whenever you click on a link to a site it supports & skip time limits & captchas. It looked like it was going to work, it added the files but they never ended up downloading. I tried pausing them and resuming but nothing worked. It really looked promising.

The interface is ugly and stupid (no way to know what the buttons do) and it didn't work with Megaupload for me. Waste of time.

Doesn't register as a http handler (making it next to impossible to use with chrome to phone) and doesn't support auth for any site except rapidshare/megaupload.
