SIMPANG BEDOK, The staff here are so rude and the app cannot be used at all. Waste all our time try and try, wasted 30min to 45min.

Its not updated at all!!! Many songs that i tried to search is not in their systems or this app.. Sound systems sux

This app just sucks to the max. The room control does not work at all. The room system is faulty. And the service staff dont even care.

Has not been updated since 2014. Dangerous app. Messes with your Android OS.

First time coming to Cash Studio. Was at ming arcade branch. Their system using an app and connect to their WiFi to manage your songs. However it's super not responsive. When you click a button it's always like no responding. Even when it does it happens like 2 minute later. And the WiFi only support their system. You can't use it for your normal usage. It's just dumb. We have to switch to our data when we need to use our apps. I've been to one ktv which also uses app to access. That was way better!!

This is a garbage app for a garbage place. It doesn't work at all. Tried 4 different phones and still couldn't get a single song to play. Even when the staff came to figure out, he spent 1 hour resetting the system. Don't bother with this app because it is the absolute worst feature of a most terrible place

Very easy to use. Much easier as compared to remote control or touch screen.

Concurrency issues, naively attempted resolution by forcing user to wait 5 seconds before pressing button again (but still doesn't work). Terrible search capability -- it looks for (search term) instead of *(search)*(term)* .

For my first visit at cash studio and I'll probably never head back again. Would rate 0 stars if I'm able to. First of all please guide your staff's attitude at simpang bedok. And the sound system is terrible. Worst idea to try hard and use smart phone to control. Log in to wifi to select songs at the same time unable to use our 3g, so have to go thru hassle of offing and oning wifi all the time. Oh god terrible. Do not recommend this place.

Bad experience at simpang bdk branch. It seemed painful for the staff to explain the need to dwnload app and to use our own phone. Wifi in the room cant be used to access app store. One by one our phones batt died towards end of 3hr session. It will prolly kill the company to provide usb chargers for our andriods. App crashes frequently. Drains batt life exponentially. Cash studio will lose huge customers if they dun improve.

Stupid idea to force everyone to use the app. Lagging. Receptionist @ simpang branch was so rude in telling us how to download the app. No instruction on how to use. Killed my phone batt. Will avoid cash studio from now on.

The app lags and hangs. Interface is lousy. Used it at simpang bedok branch which have poor and rude customer service, dirty toilets, expensive and 'bapuks' staff. Worst karaoke experience ever!

Always crash. Prefer remote. Should give us a choice whether can use remote anot. Simply sucks

Why does it need to read my contacts? Bring a dummy device if visiting. Further, before reno, songs were more current. End result - less songs, less privacy, more crashing.

Every time i wanted to use it.. keep crush and limited hp could ascess..annoying..

Senang. Tah menyusahkan. Cuma nak cari lagu tu ada payah sikit. Loading da content of da selection is abit long sometimes. But baik ar. Cuma next time come bring cable ti charge da phone while using it. Ada cable point to charge while using da app. Cool!
