Casetify: Custom Phone Case

I have the galaxy s6 edge+... the phone case is not on ur app but on ur website but the website freezes when i try to add pictures an edit. I also cannot use the contact feature on ur app without downloading sync? Why is that? Cool app but not up todate with new cases.

From what I browsed it looks like a cool idea and it was working fairly well on my phone. Sadly I didnt read all the details, I have the S7 so cant actually use it until the galaxy s7 is supported. Hopefully can try it in the future.

Google search for note 5 cases brings me to your website which shows a galaxy note 5. I am then directed to you app to download. Once downloaded you have no option to make a custom case for the note 5. Thanks for wasting my time.

Forced to download app b/c the website wasn't loading pictures of cases. Thought the app might be better for shopping. Nope. Even worse. No sure how I'm supposed to buy cases when I can't see everything that's available. How can a company offer so many options, but not have a reliable website that allows customers to browse!? I give up.

Looks like a cool idea, but I'm frustrated that the ad I saw claimed that the app supported the S7, which it apparently does not! Talk about false advertising. I would have expected it to have come up with cases for the S7 by now, it's been out for months. Uninstalling.

It seems like the app for Android isn't well made. It's super buggy, doesn't load, kicks you off, etc. I was able to create and purchase a case for my Note 4 but it took over an hour. There's also no "search" button. I follow some designers on Instagram that I couldn't locate on the app. Please fix the app to make it more Android friendly.

You have s7 edge cases on your website I don't understand why there not on your app ):

The app worked fine... until I closed it. Now, it just freezes and is stuck on the first screen.

The app has great cases I'll give you that... But no cases will go to my cart... And when I try to make my own they won't save! Ugh.

How come they have all the other galaxys except for the note 5? How come this app has the note 6 but not 5?

Website shows they offer Note5 cases. Installed all... No Note 5 cases. Useless

The case design for nexus 6 is buggy as hell.

I've downloaded this app and I haven't been able to get it to work at yet. It just freezes every time I try to use it. Sort it out please.

App needs to be fixed! I tried making a case for my phone but it would only show half of the case. I would gladly update my review once the app works, but right now it doesn't...

I've tried this app a couple of times, re-loading it once to see if that would fix the issues, but it doesn't. Every time I get to the end of the first set of cases in the shop section it says it's loading more, but the app just freezes and I am unable to scroll up or down. The website seems to work fine, it's just the app that's terrible.

It won't share to anything it's acting up.

I like the concept of the app, but it keeps freezing and it does not save my cases. I'm even signed in. It tells me I have no cases...I also have to reinstall the app to stop freezing

It dosent have my phone it had my sister but not mine. I have a zte zmax and it would be pretty cool if yall would add the zte zmax

I can't do anything. I tap make your case and then it just freezes the app and my phone. Wow. Please fix this because this is the only phone case app I've seen.

Can't load pics from Google photos which is where all of my photos are located. I still take pics that don't go on facebook or instagram. And since they're not actually stored on my phone (Google photos) I can't upload the ones I want for a custom case. Come on brah!

Is this app a scam??? No customer service and no tracking info or anything! ! When you pay $40.00 for a case you want to know where it is a month later!!!!

Tried making a case for my Samsung Galaxy S6, the grid cuts off so i cant see the top pictures, always says it cant save and to try again later..have been trying all day and no luck! I guess I will have to try elsewhere!

I've been trying to make a samsung galaxy s6 edge case but the grid for the pictures cuts off the top of my phone. So I don't want to order one and have an empty space at the top, and it won't allow me to scroll up to view the top of the phone either

Every time I wanna make a case it freeze and says casetify is not responding try again later

When I was going to make a case for my sister's b-day the screen was just black and it said that casetify is not working so what a disappointment app

Loved this app and the quality of the cases. Trying to make a new custom one for my phone and the app keeps freezing or won't load at all. Please fix this bug!!! Even after contacting the developers and being told that it's been fixed, the app keeps crashing (especially frustrating when it works until your almost finished the case design and then freezes). Unistalling this app and looking elsewhere for a custom case.

I was really excited for this. Screens won't load. The phone is cut off at the top so I can't even see the whole case on my phone....and when I try to purchase it the app crashes. Every. Time.

I have not been able to make my case because it won't load! When I open the app it starts loading but it stays that way and never loads. Very dissapointed.

Im from malaysia and im using samsung note 3..at first i was very excited to do my own case with this app..obviously its a good app but unfortunately the app keeps freezing and stop running especially whenever i click on ADD TO CART...in this case, how can i do or purchase my customade case..its very2 disappointing..pls fix this asap..would be really appreciated if you guys can fix this..and please add more option for casing type and collage type especially for samsung galaxy phones. Thank you..

The cases may look good but when your ready to check out it freezes up and you have to start over

I customized my case and wanted to checkout but it kept telling me that It wasn't finished. Could not proceed to checkout so had to uninstall.

Everytime i try to save my design they asked me to log in. Once i tried to log in the pop msg said to try again or invalid request.

Where is the option for a galaxy note 5 case? How can a company see so many bad reviews and not fix the most basic elements of their app like proper model support and showing the ENTIRE phone in the case design phase? A company with such horrible tech support and customer service does not deserve your money. DO NOT BUY THESE CASES!

The app was working fine until today. Now when I go to make a case, the screen goes black and becomes unresponsive. I've tried uninstalling and downloading again, and still nothing. If you can fix the problem I'll give you your 5 stars back.
