Only using this app for the rewards program and I'm underwhelmed thus far. At the end of 2015, I had issues. Now summer 2016, and slightly different issues but issues nonethless. Lately, I cannot preview receipts. I get a black screen after taking a photo. If I submit the receipt anyway, I get an email saying the image was blurry. Yeah, I figured as much but you won't let me preview them! Sigh. Pointless app.

This app is a disgrace to developers. Who made this?!?! Who tested this?!?! WOW... Delete and pretend you never made an app. Does not scan, focus when photographing a receipt, not a real-time rewards system...

The receipt doesnt read. It doesnt register any of the receipts. I have had this problem since may!

The receipt portion of this app has changed several times but hardly ever works. This iteration will not focus. I've missed out on several of my reward points because the app doesn't work properly.

Only using this app for the rewards program and I'm underwhelmed thus far. I'm unable to add receipts from pre-November 15 either with the app or with the concierge. I was told the cut-off is why they are offering double points on receipts through the end of the year. However, receipts I have entered with app haven't posted to my account after 2+ weeks. (Still shows initial transfer balance.) Do I have to re-upload those receipts? WTF?
