This app keeps crashing on me, everytime I go to do anything, including the most important feature, submitting receipts, the app keeps crashing on me. Very frustrating

Can't redeem ;keeps crashing. Using Google marshmallow and s7 edge phone

The new update is not letting me login.

App keeps crashing. No way to redeem.

I have to repeatedly log in and whenever o finally get in the app it closes me out again. I deleted it and downloaded it again and it seemed to be working but then it closed the app with no warning.

Have so much trouble logging in since the new app update. And once I finally get logged in, everything I've earned so far is gone.

First I couldn't download your app, but now that I got it to finally do that, I have a new issue of not being able to login. As soon as this is fixed I'll re rate your site. Thank you

Unable to submit receipts (submit page just reloads), FAQ is blank, "surveys" sends you to a third party site which is unusable on mobile. So many problems! Considering deleting this app until such time as these problems get fixed

This used to be a decent app until the updated/revamped it. Now I log in and it will not stay logged in. I just get the log in page over and over. Frustrating and annoying. What good is an app if you can't even use it?!

The FAQ section comes up blank when you try to open a topic. Have waited and waited since last reply and still no changes to this section have been made. App likes to forget my account and I have to keep logging back in. Coupons rarely change and those that are there are not useful to me. I tried the survey section, and the few i manage to qualify to take end up malfunctioning. Previous earnings are also gone. Was really excited about this app but it need s a lot of work.

Im sure that I had some money before the update now my balance is at 0

Sound like a good app but my fliers aren't showing so I won't be keeping this.

I was able to open & log onto the app only one time. The very next day i can't.

This app is even harder to use than the last app. Not very intuitive. Why didn't you guys just update the old app? Uploaded a receipt but the status is showing cancelled? My history doesn't even show an amount.

Now with the new updates it makes me log in every time I launch the application and then in the middle of viewing today it's logging me out. ..very frustrating.

It feels as if a "new" app was established to wipe out balances that are owed. Apps usually update... This is inconvenient. I feel that this should be rectified for everyone and does not necessitate me having to contact your support department.

There are no explanations on how to use this app, most importantly, how to submit a receipt. The subheadings under FAQ all come up blank. When I try to submit a receipt, it asks for the store and the items I want to redeem, then after clicking submit, the page reloads again. HOW do I actually submit the receipt?!

Not a great app. Difficult to use. Slow to credit, then often declines. Impossible to check status of submissions.

It says I'm logged on but won't open the app.

Can't figure out how to upload receipt. Can't find any help in the app??

Why so many bad reviews?

Poor app....same old products....no everyday purchase items.

I used cartsmart before, now it won't let me update at all. Says there was a problem. Well, guess I'll just stick to ibotta...

Can't even download the new version on my nexus 5, I tried everything. I can download other apps, so I know there isn't a problem with that but every time I try to download this one it won't install on my phone. Please fix it

Pretty much the worst. Loads offers and let's you 'clip' them but when I go to redeem it does nothing but bring me back to the main page. There are enough other (great and functioning) grocery coupon apps out there that I won't even miss this one.

Cannot download new version.

Can't download app. So I guess my old one is gone as well as my earned $!! Great!

Well so much for the update! It won't even download to my phone but the other version did, altho it hardly ever worked! From what I'm hearing you lose your money if you switch so no thanks. Deleting.
