Not to bad, only problem does not update positions while logged in. Where is the auto refresh. The old app had one.

I'm am unhappy with this company's service...

worse than previous version - not user friendly

It does not give up to date real time positioning of the fleet. It shows old which is almost 7 hours old and you cant view the current position.Very disappointed. Im changing subscribers. My fleet is not safe.

It is slow but it really working so please to update your fleet because it is slow it does not crospond with the current location

It says it has 570 000 active subscribers but only 50 000 people have downloaded it. How?

Battle to login. Once logged in there are no vehicles or registrations on the list. Keeps on saying 'pull down to refresh' Pull down what? Nothing happens. Also tried to use the 'contact me' feature on the app. Once they phoned while I was driving and promised to phone back in an hour. Its been 2 weeks since and no one has phoned me back. Tried a second time to contact them and is still waiting. Uninstalled the app and will not waste anymore time on this piece of garbage.

I can not zoom in!! Fix it please!!

Please fix the ability to zoom in. When i zoom in close to see the road name it zooms back out on its own... very annoying.

Bad refresh rate

The slowest app I have used in a long time...and keep freezing! It's useless. Update: I'm shocked that still nothing has been done to improve the app. No one has contacted myself! How can u expect anyone to use this for tracking purposes!?

Caused chaod with my home key and the smart wiz launcher. I huge pity as the last one was good. It also disappoints me as i use cartrack app a lot. Please bring back the previous version or fix this one.

This is absolutely useless App it never work and even of one call fleet support nothing is done this whole thing is hopeless and absolutely useless and hate it, you might as well remove it completely and have no app at all

Very slow app... takes time to update vehicle location

The app is okay to have but sometimes i cant see my car on the app.

It gives me the wrong positions everytime

I only gave it a star (which it does not deserve) so that I can make comments, this is not serving it's purpose; Does not do what it's features are intended to. To sum it, it is a rubbish app and a total waste of time and resources. Makes me to wonder if my vehicle is safe at all.

This update was a complete waste of time. I am so glad I still have the older version on my other phone.

Very unfriendly and not always working, when you log on most of the times, doesn't log log on.

This new version is rubbish. This app is no longer live tracking. It shows my location that I was at about 15 minutes ago and also always shows my car's ignition is off (black icon). I want a tracking unit where I xan do live tracking like it used to be with the old app!!!

Not happy with the update, doesn't autorefresh, no distinction on the map from on and off vehicle, can't see more then one on the map at a time. Very confusing layout reports always empty. Can't see driver ratings. Old app was much better even though it was not perfect.

Update is not user friendly. Wish I could go back to the old version. PLEASE assist us in making this app usable

The app is good but india is not there

This version doesn't show exactly where the car is when you open the map, you can see the car in black but it doesn't show the location

Cartrack app is now part of my home screen, everytime i click on the home button i have to select which launcher to use. It doesnt save the default one with cartrack app installed. Unistalled app my phone was back to normal

Needs loads of work. Feels like designers stopped thinking half way.
