Doesn't work

I shouldn't have to install an app on my phone just to notify the county about a messed up traffic light. On top of that, it only allows me to submit a location through GPS, but since it's illegal to use my phone while driving, I obviously can't be at the location of the malfunctioning light while making the report.

Does mot let me add my town or street address. Always put in some weird assdress and town. Getting rid of this useless app until the bugs are fixed

When I select submit it tells me there was a problem send the request. Why even have the app if it does not even do the only task it's made to do.

It was great months ago, but now it only gives a generic error when I try submitting requests.

No feedback from city. Reports just disappear. Removed from my phone. Now can't log in anymore. Removed again.

City Hall recently recommended this app to citizens. So I thought I'd give it a go. The only issue I have so far is that it can't be set by your location. In other words the app doesn't recognize my location because lack of userness.(my phone location is on) So I have to put in my city and state within search. Otherwise you end up in Timbuktu!

Not working. Can't sign in. Even with my password reset I repeatedly get "problem signing in" error. It used to work. Now it doesn't.

I have tried web, Android, and iPad versions and have had no success. I cannot register - Android app stops and the other two report an error (probably from the server). I cannot submit anonymously. Android and iPad apps claim they cannot determine location (although on Android the map resolves to the right place). On web there are no options in the Issue Type drop down and it appears without selecting one the submit button will not activate. Frustrated - as much as I am by the potholes I want to report.

Genius program for streamlining city gov't that also lets you PUT PINS IN GOOGLE MAPS!!!!! Finally I can do what my iPhone friends take for granted and find addresses just by dropping a pin on the location! I would have paid for that ability, but it's free with this lightweight, fast program. Thank you!!!

Reported a pothole, was handled in 1 day. Awesome service and quick response from Cobb County, kudos, Cheers

Works depending on your city. If yours sucks and only does stuff depending on who you are and who you know then your screwed and posting dead animals at city hall in the mayors chair doesnt do anything for ya.

I reported 2 potholes and 1 dead animal removal and all were taking care of within two days. Very cool! Gave it 4 instead of 5 due to loading times.

Needs to be easier to use when not in the vicinity of the issue. A great idea however and I hope it improves.

Used the old version a while back and got a personalized email back addressing the issue. ..alas, stoplight is still wonky. Just used new version, still a little hiccup w sending but good app, more cities should adopt.

Tried installing several times, rebooted several times, only gives error. Will not open app. This is on LG with Verizon.

Reported a pot hole and the city fixed it within two days.

Samsung express. Has not opened since update.

It works, as far as the app goes, not sure where the info goes cause my city isn't on it
