The hospitality was very good I visited Vasant Kunj branch They treated us very well But the estimate they showed us from online auction was very damn Low from the price I actually sold my car just now ,the difference is approximately 1lac...it's nothing like as they show on TV.

User experience in too bad ..installed app and it's asking login directly..how can I log in first time with any social networking..sign up is not clickable..and for login why user will call you..stupid design with stupid Usability..

It's fake, they say 30 mins, but no good. It took good half a day to complete the first step of inspection. Pl don't try, they do all nonsense stuff/damage the car while inspecting. How the hell could some quote 1.9L when dealer is ready buy for 3L. Domlur branch staff Anshul nd Smriti does not have courtesy to address the concern. Also false promises like ₹3000 worth gift but they are giving some nonsense gift voucher where you'll have to spend money to use it. What a stupid team who's running it. U unprofessional brats, I'll show u what it costs if u try to cheat Ur customers. U guys are ruining the spirit and reputation of startups. Who ever funding u guys should think about it.

Cars24 is fraud.it says 30 min but after 3 days when i called him. They are giving very fake and less prices of my car.please don't try. Totally wastage of time.

This app is not accepting the mobile numbers that starts with 8 or 7. It's only considering the numbers that begin with 9.
