To sign up for an account, the demo on the EMC website shows a bill with a customer number and a location code. My bill shows neither--only an account number and the form will not accept the account number. So since I can't use the app, I am going to uninstall it.

Love having the mobile app for my power! I have forgotten to make a needed payment and was cut off...my husband called and told me, a few simple clicks later and it was taken care of in probably under a minute. Then my hubby called me back in under 5 minutes saying it was already back on.
