How can use it..where I want buy supporting device for this application

App is useless

Buy the new unit and install the app expecting fireworks? All you get is cigarette smoke. If you can get logged in, good. If you forget your login or password, your screwed. There is no recovery. Your getting up and exercising to set the temperature in your home. 5K unit & $2 app.

Simply put you need to invest more money in a quality app. Landscape only is bad. Login every time is terrible. Overall the app isn't as intuitive as it could be. Get those redesigners working, otherwise it is Nest time for me.

I actually have a Carrier Cor thermostat but the app won't work on my LG-Enlighten. This one however does what I need it to do. It isn't the most sophisticated app but it does allow me to make the changes that I want to remotely.

Wont permit me to login with the app and locks the website acct out on every attempt.

Have to log in every time most times it won't. I want this to be available every time open it on my phone. The bryant app works better but not as much info or as attractive. That is when you can get this to work.

Log in button is hidden under the keyboard. Why did I pay extra for the unit with the wifi, and the app does not even work?

I need to uninstall and install the app every time I need to use this app. The log in key does not work.

You think that having paid $15k for an HVAC system they would spend part of that on a developer. Many issues including forgetting your password repeatedly.

SO FAR THIS APP AND THE WEB PAGE FOR REGISTRATION AT CARRIER ....SUCK. VERIFIED THE SER# AS CORRECT, AND CARRIER SAYS NO SUCH NUMBER EXISTS....PURE BS. CALLED THE LOCAL CARRIER REP BACK TO HAVE THEM REGISTER THE PRODUCT....IF IT CANNOT BE REGISTERED....THE FUCKING THING CAN'T BE USED AND IS A TOTAL WASTE OF $$$. I PERSONALLY8 WOULD NEVER BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT AGAIN.

Constant error messages. Log in fails. App won't open.

Only can be used in landscape mode. Needs a geo-reference capability like all modern thermostat apps. The app just feels old and considering how much I paid for my new AC unit and thermostat, the software should be top notch (this is not a small company). I feel like this app and the webgate should look more professional and modern.

Requires you to log in every time. Log in button is hidden under the keyboard. Log in takes a long time and doesn't connect every time. When it does connect ( one in four) I like the app. Come on Carrier, spent 10 grand on a unit with wifi that doesn't work. Fix this app.

Currently goes to a blank screen after above mentioned sign-in issue. Doesn't work, inop. **** F- ****

Installed the app with my new Carrier HVAC system last Feb. Not very intuitive but good for simple things like changing temperature. Doesn't stay logged in all the time and that's a pain, needs humidity controls and a more intuitive design with more programmable features. If Carrier wants to compete with Nest this app needs a serious overhaul.

Terrible, needs work. Button to log in doesn't work, I select it, but nothing happens

Haven't been on lately and discovered today it isn't working at all. Just get blank screen after signin.

Very disappointing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still not working. Worked all summer but was very persnickety. Froze up etc. They need to fix this.

Most covoluted unintuitive app ever used

This needs the ability to modify the schedule.
