Still needs work. Wouldn't let me pay online after paying cash at bar for drinks while we were waiting for a table. Seems to crash often too.

After checking in with the app, we waited quite a while for notification that our table was ready. When I finally checked with the hostess, they had no idea that we checked in at all!!!! Also app would not let me leave tip higher than the bill amount since I had used gift cards to pay for most of my check.

Convenient! What a Time saver! I can put our group on the waiting list before I leave home. I use it to find the restaurant when we are out of town. Quick and easy to use.

Kayla was an extremely professional and helpful wait person. Three of had lunch around 1:30 or so today, Sunday. We all enjoyed our meals. We got another Dine Rewards so we will look forward to getting $20 off a future meal. We paid for everything with the app which worked smoothly.

Okay app when tracking dinning and paying bill, but overall, it still needs work. Carrabba's doesn't offer coupons to is valued customers via this app, but instead puts 15% off coupons inside local flyers; what gives? They should offer specials or coupons right inside the app for us loyal, app using, and paying customers.
