Just an app to send you spam notifications. No way to turn just those off and receive the useful notifications like when you make a payment.

Needs an option to upload a picture when Carmax doesn't have one.

How does this app know the current mileage of my vehicle? Does Carmax put tracking devices in cars they sell?

I down loaded the app but can't open it. It tells me it doesn't recognize my email address. I can't reset it because it continues to not recognize me.

Same issue as others... Can't register the vehicle. It says it is registered already, but doesn't actually show up. Really kinda useless.

I love these new additions especially all the maintenance options.

I love the app because it makes it easy to connect with Carmax and manage your account quickly and easily.

Discounts tab won't load - "Your information is still loading, please check back in a few minutes" - been like that for days. Hope it doesn't cost me 10% on my upcoming tire purchase... //UPDATE// I contacted the developer directly and they identified the issue and will be updating the app. Nice enough to give me the discount code.

App crashes as soon as I try to open it

Crashes immediately after opening.

I love CarMax they are awesome

There is no need for this app, and it doesn't even work. It crashes whenever I open it. And now it needs access to files on my device? Why? There's no need to require permissions to access my pictures, videos and other media files other than to invade my privacy.

I have tried installing the app 3 times. Every time I try to log in it freezes and closes.

Won't load my info like it used to

I was able to access my info from the "Make a Payment" option. According to the screen I still owe alot of money on my lemon that has compounding interest on a daily basis. Thanks CarMax! I won't even need KY Jelly after all!

After 2 days if trying to get it to accept my vin, I now can't get past clicking on my car. It loads the next page but freezes and I have to uninstall and reinstall app to get it to work.. Until I hit the same screen...

Worked fine then I put in the VIN and it started freezing up. Tried reinstalling but that didn't fix it. Disappointing!

Same complaint as other reviews, I see. I also can't get past the garage... The app is not responding and freezes.

Sounds like a good app to keep track of your car but it freezes everytime I click on my car in the garage section, would've gave it a 5 if it worked

Can track my mileage and maintenance plus there are discounts to be had. Great app

No value as the data base had the wrong automobile. Our car is a BMW while the app. shows a Nissan. Good idea if it worked.

It doesn't work offline. If you need your license plate number, you shouldn't need wifi to quickly check it.

Tried app on 3 devices and it always freezes after I select my vehicle in the "garage"

I thought you could pay your car note with this app but am finding no option for it.

Kept getting an error message. Don't launch an app with a big mktg push until you've done adequate user testing.

How am I supposed to enjoy this app if it doesn't let me register! Garbage

Keeps all my CarMax car info in one place. Can even scan my insurance docs and track my maintenance. Love it so far.
