Concierge level member but they it. Can't book hotels. It forces me too login in a loop that fails. Also why do some hotels (Blu so no excuse in my book eg rome) block the "cancel" etc buttons for bookings? ANNOYING. You are clearly not one chain
This app used to work great. Now it is completely useless. Have to log into my account multiple times and even then 99% of the time it won't work. Complete garbage and useless. Have to use the website.
I'm a long time Club Carlson member and this updated version is horrible. It continously loops me into logging into a web based version of the app it seems. After I try to book a hotel, I have to log in and then search again to book my hotel and that's if it even works. It used to be very simple and easy to book from the app, but now it is easier to go to the actual website. Very slow at times too. Please fix!
I used to love the ease of use with this app. Since the update I can't even follow through with booking a room. I don't understand why they would update it and make it worse? Are they actively trying to lose customers?
Since the new design when booking I have to click the join option in search and log in separately to see member rates and it keeps logging me out so search facility is useless. Constantly hangs on loading screen.
Since last update all I get on Samsung Galaxy S6 is "Loading...please wait" Trying to book upcoming trips and being forced to use another hotel family in order to complete reservations on a working app. Please push out another update.
Where is the new easy to use desig? Why it does not work. What does message: "Your request could not be processed" mean when trying to sign in?
What serious traveler has time for this joke? So full of inexcusable bugs that lately it is not even possible to finalize a booking using the app.
Junk even if updated. Worse than Accor. Difficult to use, price in points hidden, instead of displayed next to price like top hotel chains.
After searching, the results load so slow. Trying to click through and back takes ages. It just sits there trying to load
Doesn't let you book Points rooms. Keeps telling me to sign in, already done that, just does an endless loop, always wanting a sign in.
Frustrated that promotional notifications keep spawning on my phone though I have messages turned off in the app. How do I stop notifications???
Really annoying when it prompts to log in all the time, worst hotel related app that I have used.
Better, not there yet. Upcoming reservation should be on front page and account summary could use a redesign.
they have removed the interactive map, before you could use it to scroll around and see where hotels were, very useful on a road trip or figuring out where to go
I can't book for dates other than the current day please fix app
Continues to loop through "you must sign in for prices", though I'm a Concierge level member.

Takes ages to load results. Always signs me out. Better to use their website.
Nice interface, all infos you need, but very slow. Even slower than previous version. After every click you see "Loading...Please wait" for at least 10s.

I followed their crazy top level security protocols , 8-20 characters, containing a minimum of one upper case and one lower case letter, one number, and a special character. For a hotel app? I gave up. Uninstalling
Crashes often, very slow and if you wonder using cash or point for booking, you have to make two separate searches. Not so userfriendly.
I used to be able to book a room or redeem points for a room. Now the app sits on a loading page whenever i try to book or redeem points. Can you fix this? If yes when? If no why do you offer an app?
This app doesn't even show anything about the hotels, you just see the outside of a hotel. A person wouldn't want to get in any of those properties after using this app
App unusable, always timing out and stuck loading. Doesn't portray a professional organization well if they can't even sort out an Android application.
I've signed up online. User name, passwords with their password protocols. Won't let me sign in. When are you going to start playing with the big boys and have a functioning app. UNINSTALLED.
Very annoying that I have to be requested to update this up on a daily basis yet the update always fails. Suspect they only keep their IOS version updated. Android 7.0 cannot update this app.
Contrary to steven, I appreciate a company that provides a strong password policy. It is not 'crazy'.

I have been using this app from the first version, and have been very happy with it. I am relatively often on trips where I have to change my plans and having this app have made my travel life easier. I have used it for almost all my Radisson bookings, but after the last update I am about to give up on it. It has become extremely slow, often stops working and is regularly asking me to log in to my CC account (again) after a search.
