it worked fine for 14days. all the sudden, it stopped working. there's no customer service # to call. what am I suppose to do? did I just waste $55 just.to use this for 14days?

I installed this today and although it worked sporadically for about an hour, now it doest work at all. Bought it to keep track of my daughter. She left the house over an hour ago and Carlock is showing her car in the driveway. What a waste of money

Stability and reliability has much improved since the upgrade. Only minus is I cannot see a way to change distance travelled to miles, nor the speedo to MPH!

It appears that the radius around the car worsened. It got larger. Before the update, the radius was 724 meters. Now it is 976 meters. That is a little over a half mile.

Sometimes lags on real-time updating. Map overlay is pretty poor. Why can't use Google Map? Other then that, works ok does alert almost instantly if car tampered with when in lock mode.
