Every time I check for released shifts nothing comes up and it had been 3 weeks. I have reinstalled the app several times but it doesn't help.

The only issues when I got released shifts notifications and when I click on it, it's either no shifts display or when I accept shifts but the note said To refreshed, and that shift's already gone but still on display.

It just logged me out telling me my login details was incorrect when everything was types well. So frustrating

It is so easy to use I think the best thing is submitting your timesheet

I am definitely enjoying using the app. It has not let me down to date

The app is good, but a few technical issues. I am unable to submit a timesheet unless I select your chosen supervisor (which isn't always who has signed my slip) I am unable to accurately up date my payment details or see my pay rates. Thanks

I get notifications about released shift but when I go to app nothing in the released tab. Only had this issue since recent upgrade.

The app has alot technical issues.At times you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work.The other problemis that once the shifts display on the notification bar the app reflects that there are no shifts.There's a feedback that comes up saying you will be notified if a shift comes up.

Sometimes it shows up on my dashboard that there's no Released shift but when i still click on it theres shifts there i dont get it

Delayed notifications and I can no longer access pay slips as well as send pay slips to my email.

Unable to access shifts that are advertised , always needing to uninstall and reinstall . Slow at showing released shifts compared to computer app.

Get a notification, go into the app and there is nothing in notifications

Delay sometimes 1.5hrs in recieving notifications and once recieved I swipe on them and takes me to the blank page with the bell saying we will notify you of notifications. Never see details of the message sent with the notification.

Ever since I have reinstalled I have had no end of problems. Not loading properly, not refreshing, unable to follow link to view broadcasted shift details, not able to log off or close down app.

Ever since i uninstalled and installed update from 2 weeks ago i have nothing but problems. Everytime i got to the app nothing shows up so i have to uninstall it and install it for it to work. That happens everytime i got to look at app

The app is great since the new update- really like the new features however it freezes constantly when trying to load new information. Need to continue to close it and reopen in an attempt to refresh it.
