Lot of difficulty with the app. Contacted customer service, no response to solve the issue an entire week later. App kept going in a loop, rebooted it myself because i have tech experience. Finally got it to work and then three other issues happened. Not satisfied.

Im starting to wonder if they really exist. This thing deserves MINUS ZERO STARS!!! When you try to checkout and click on pickup options there are no options. I emailed them and I NEVER got a response!!! Not even worth your time...

App does not work... error no item in cart.. even after adding multiple items. Please fix issues.

Just installed this app. Its not synching my info. I have 10 things in my cart and it keeps saying my cart is empty. This needs to be fixed now...doesn't even deserve 1 start

This app is amazing ive made my first purchase with this app and i didnt have to worry about anything.in the caribbean and want items from a usa store caribshopper is the best app it delivered the items straight to your door via dhl .( THIS APP IS REAL )

This app is a waste of time I can't even create an account on it, each I try and I enter a secret word it not accepting the word. When I do final register I can't log into my account.

I purschased two pairs of shoes with this company. I got one pair within 2 weeks but the other pair took a while. This was because they checked the size for me before shipping it and realized that the store I purchased from sent the wrong size. Caribshopper made sure to notify me of this in a timely manner and in the end I got my other pair shoes. What I want to point out though is the fact that they checked my order down to the size. This kind of service makes a nervous first timer feel comfortable.
