CaribooRadioOnline hit the internet in 1997 and over the years has transformed into CaribooRadio.Com and Cariboo Radio. In 2006 we launched a survey that asked the people of the Cariboo-Chilcotin if they would like another Cariboo Radio Station and the response was amazing. After being denied an FM license we continued on with Cariboo Radio Online; launching the station in June 2011 and the rest is history. If you’re looking for a great Cariboo Radio Station, look no further! 95% of our followers and listeners are from the Cariboo-Chilcotin. We play a Top 40 Hot Adult Contemporary music format and model our station after top American radio stations such as Seattle’s KPLZ-FM and San Diego’s KMYI-FM. Just like these great FM station’s we stay on top of the Top 40 Hot A/C weekly. CaribooRadio.Com is family owned and operated and we’re very proud to be the only community based Cariboo Radio Station that’s completely online.
