About Cargomatic Driver for Android
Cargomatic is an on-demand technology that connects shippers with nearby carriers who have extra space on their trucks.

The Cargomatic Driver app allows carriers to manage freight directly from their phone, including:
- view available shipments in real time
- accept a job
- receive driving directions
- take a picture of the bill of lading
- email a POD
Cargomatic allows trucking companies to market excess capacity and accept extra shipments that are on their delivery routes.
We offer LTL, FTL and drayage shipping solutions. Our carrier network includes bobtails, tractor trailers, and cargo vans.
**How Cargomatic Works**
Shippers log in to the Cargomatic Shipper App or at http://app.cargomatic.com and enter their shipment information (origin, destination, size, weight, etc.). Two hours before the shipment is scheduled to be picked up, the shipment is displayed on the Driver App and a nearby carrier can accept the job using their smartphone.
By tendering shipments in real time, carriers only see shipments that are on or near their existing routes and ready for immediate pickup. This allows them to maximize the space on their trucks and reduce the number of vehicles a shipper needs to have on hand to accommodate peak business cycles.
Everyday, tens of thousands of trucks with extra capacity are driving by manufacturers and logistics providers who have freight that needs to move in the same direction. Simply by connecting these parties through software, we can reduce truck emissions by improving the ratio of freight moved per vehicle-miles traveled.

Older version was much better. I am rating the the original version of this app. New one needs to be kicked to the curb.

I downloaded the app and put in all the information it asks for. Every time I hit the sign in button it keeps saying error logging in. I went online to log in and had no problem there. It would be nice to have the app work properly since a driver can't really use a laptop when on the road.

Enables truck drivers to connect to a marketplace of jobs that would otherwise be invisible. What's not to like? Also the new POD capture feature works great!

I've been using the app to find loads for my husband's trucking company in New jersey. Great for finding,local loads that help us increase our business. App is easy to use once you're set up on the Cargomatic website.

I'm 21 and tech savy. I can not for the life of me login through the app. Possible upgrade would be to make it more user friendly. Alot of potential and room to grow! Thanks

The icon is on the screen, but no app name with it. Too, when trying to create a new account it always takes me to the regular login screen, never giving me the option TO CREATE a new account. The app idea seems good, but fix the bugs first then I'll let you know if it earns more than a one star rating. (Small fleet owner)

After installation am not able to find the app with name. I observed that there is no title showing up. Apart from that am not able to use the app since I don't have an account.. No way to create an account or try the app as Guest user. Sorry, Uninstalled!!
