Most pathetic and cheating experience ever. Ordered some medicine by which they confirmed on app and also on my mail. Next morning someone called and said please tell us which coupon you applied ( seriously guys!! You expect customers to remember your coupon code!!! Ridiculous). Then after 2 hour some lady Pooja and said that because you stay in Gurgaon, coupon not valid and right now I received order cancellation sms. While ordering on app, location was Gurgaon. Fraud and I am going to warn all

While the service is prompt, I find that the prices mentioned in the app are lesser than the what gets billed finally. This amounts to cheating the customers. I have complained about this but it's of no use. I intend to use some other app which is more reliable

Nice app. I had ordered medicines for my father in law and they delivered properly. Only thing they need to alert user is about the medicines not available which are ordered. In my prescription, one medicine was not delivered.

Medicine info is wrong. Some medicines have higher listed price. Even items other then tablets has wrong info. How can you offer or try substituted with wrong info!! Something that costs 46 in market is listed as 126. Faster cheaper more trustworthy options available. What a racket!! Falso claims only from CareOnGo.

Besides getting my medicines delivered to my doorstep, this app even reminds me to have them on time and re-order when about to get finished, thats like having a family member that cares right in your pocket
