While the doctor I spoke with was very professional and understanding, the app is awful. It disconnected in the middle of the video forcing the doctor to call and finish my visit over the phone. That would have been okay if the app gave any indication what to do or why it had disconnected. It would only let me choose a specific pharmacy, which I had never been to, which ended up being closed. $60 and a trip out when I was already sick and in pain, all so I can go see my doctor about it anyway.
