Careers24 SA Job Search

Have had to uninstall and reinstall this app numerous times due to it hanging on the load screen. Much faster to boot up my PC and browse the site through the net. Please fix.

The app is great and I love the fact that everything is in one. Only bad thing is that it kicks me out every 15-20 minutes....a little frustrating.

The search function on this app, specifically the "Newest First" filter doesn't work properly. When you select "Newest First", it only applies to the first page(first 10 results), when you click next(for next page/next 10 results) the filter reverts back to "Most Relevant" and the app shows old results... Please fix

The app works if you are willing to scroll through every job in the country. My challenge is the search engine. Developers could improve by not lumping engineering and construction together as that gives me results of no relevance to scroll through. The search facility did not return any results when i asked it for Manager in Gauteng. Yet looking through the list there are hundreds of relevant roles for that search.

App should assist with applying for jobs however it falls short. Unable to view experience updates. Unable to edit experience responsibilities. The text box to include duties and responsibilities sometimes doesn't not appear. Resulting in incorrect details captured and duplicates of entries. App requests to improve profile on items I have already updated. This leads to duplicates in experience and education as mentioned above.

The app and site developer must be a beginner....when searching by latest jobs 1st and you go on to the next page all the old stuff are at the top again..

This app does not assist people with technical qualifications such as artisan. It would be nice if it was added as a job field plus also suggest recruitment agencies for there fields

I'm having issues with logging in not only me but my fiancé also tried logging in on his phone and it's not letting use do so through the app bit works off the Web page please fix this maybe the rating will be changed

This sucks ... it wont let me upload my CV It keeps telling me it is in the wrong format When i change the format to the ones listed It still says that it is in the wrong format NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

It goes as far as "choose file" then nothing happens you can't browse your folders. PLEASE HELP... if I have to go to the site to do it, then I really don't see the point in having this app. Fix it and I will adjust my stars.

Installed on my android tablet but app doesn't open, just get a black screen. Uninstalled and re installed, same problem.

This app does not open at all. Just says this appmhas stopped working. Uninstalled it immediately...

App crashes every single time I run it. I suggest you fix it!

Taking a photo of your typed CV is Stupid and you can't view it on your downloaded CV I can't share my documents or add documents to Career 24 or add attachments I can't submit to jobs

When you open this app dont even bother trying it will just say it stopped working.

Keep crashing after couple of pages. Just tells you careers 24 stop working

This app does not open, don't bother downloading. There is no error message or anything to tell you what the problem could be. Complete waste. I see a lot of similar reviews , yet nothing has been done to resolve this.

I have completed my work experience but it is still asking me to add work experience when i try and apply. What was the point of spending so much time updating it if it will want me to manually add it in again when i apply?

For some reason everytime I try to upload my cv it says error and if I don't upload my cv I can't start using the app

I log onto my profile and every time I close the app it logs out. I cannot upload my CV either... would be a great app

How am I suppose to be a successful business man if I cannot even apply for jobs for which I will be rejected?

Does not allow me to upload my curriculum vitae. Is there a solution? I use a Samsung note 3.

Don't waist your time with this one it doesn't even open just says stopped working something can't stop if it hasn't even started bugs bugs bugs !!!

Its cool when u use in over the Internet not as an app.I downloaded this app but I cant open it-it hangs on Career24 and doesnt do anything

Can't search job keywords by City. Only by province. So to find a PA job in pretoria you have to manually look through 12000 listings.

What is the point of this app if I cant upload my CV?? Please fix this or I am definately removing it and never looking back.

This app would be so much more useful if you could search for areas within provinces and not just the province itself.

Can't upload CV, Can't register to apply, not user friendly, doesn't filter correctly. This app needs serious work

I choose Western Cape, but it shows me all the positions in the country?

When i browse new vacancies, old ones always appear first. i have to navigate to the bottom of the page and select the NEWER link to see the new vacancies, and i can't few on the next page.

Been using my gmail email address for 10+ years but this effing app says it's invalid...huh!?!?

Every time I open this app it keeps closing with erro massage "Unfortunately career24 has stopped"

It's the real deal. It searches the jobs. An that's what I installed it for!!!!!

I use this app it working fine i also get a job from this app no problems

When I look for graduate jobs, I find jobs where I need 5 to 10 years experience. That doesn't make sense at all. Doesn't matter what you search, you find tonnes of irrelevant entries. Annoying.

Please include a refresh button on the app. Sometimes it just freezes and forces you to start over with the search
