CareerOne Job Search

I used this from time to time when I lived in Sydney and it wasn't bad. Now that I live in regional Queensland and searching for jobs within 100kms of a certain suburb I'm finding that I keep on getting hits for jobs in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. I'm no cartographer, but I'm pretty sure these cities are outside of the area I want to be searching. A competitor's product seems to get it right...

Sick and tired of phone calls from career 1 trying to get u to pay hundreds of dollars for courses that the government has for free. And then they have a go at you for not wanting to do the courses and then tell u to deactivate your account, the seek app craps all over this useless app

The app for job searching is ok. The constant phone calls from their education team are not!!! Its nuisance calling, and telling them you arent interested does nothing. Will be deleting my account.

Usless app, so hard to search for jobs. Much easier to search on seek with the catagories they have. Not very user friendly at all.

Searching full time jobs so of course it displays casual jobs too... No point in having filters. Also not that many jobs

Its now being used to phish for email addresses and phone numbers by some education scam. I received many calls from them harassing me into signing up for thousands of dollars worth of a "Business Diploma". The calls only stopped when I threatened to call the police.

For the last 22 days I have been getting notifications that there is a new job, just to open the app to see the same one each time

Keeps saying no internet when connected to wifi as well as through my phone's 4G connection! RUBBISH! !!!

Stupid app. Waste of time. Intentionally shows wrong jobs in the wrong location to get more traffic. Totally stupid

Received a telemarketing call after downloading and using this app. Hadn't received one in months. Just reminded me of their Education or Training team calling constantly. Uninstalled... Will stick to SEEK.

New jobs? No just recycled ones. Filters don't work.

So easy downloaded the app got a job a week later

The old one was easier to use.

No short description of jobs before you click them, can't see the suburb if the employer name is too long, ads have zero formatting, locations in actual latitude and longitude coordinates (what?!?!) and half the ads are spam for "work from home" and marketing schemes. Waste of time!

Very limited options which leaves your search too wide

Works very well and consistently updated jobs

Reading the job description is like reading a wall of writing, paragraphs would be wonderful

I don't have a Google drive account and I haven't saved my resumè to a cloud but they're the only options to upload it. What a useless app!

Applying for any job from a Samsung Galaxy S4 is extremely difficult. It has 'saved' my resume, but won't upload when applying for a job. Frustrating!!

I have use a email which I want to use on my main career account and wont let me delete this account under gmail

Can't upload my resume ,it's 494 kbs and a pdf other then that it's ok for an app .

Filters are crap and it doesn't give you what you requested

I searxh whats in my location which is brisbane. But im looking everywhere else but where i am

Constantly calling to sign up in courses.

It shows you all the jobs available but it can be hard to apply for jobs when your on your phone this is best for pc

Not bad

I find way more jobs on Seek! I believe its because of the search tools.
