Careem - Car Booking App

Well ive been using it and it was nice But from some last rides.. Im hting it. The cars arent clean. The riders r rough drivers and v. Rude. They usually dont come at exct location. No tints in the car. No ac. I mean.. This is disgusting. If we have to ride like. A rikshw then why r we paying way too mch to kareem? Plz maintain ur services.

Service is great no doubt. But drivers doesn't know the ways and location that's weird & pathetic. Drivers frequently attend calls manually (without hands-free) during driving that's insane and horrible.

App error showed wrong destination and i want correction and i contact driver he was decent but company that they will charge 150 for cancel and book new . Seriously thats how u make customers. Disappointed. Heard alot good but i am not satisfied

Very very pathetic app, got first ride but was over charged and wrong km calculation. No customer service response even wrote multiple emails. Decided to remove that ap from my mobile.

Can not even sign up. The app asks for code send to my phone. I receive the code and enter the exact same code. The app says an unknown error occured. Tried this like 10 times. Will give better review and rating if you fix this

Great idea and great experience with Careem... The best thing of this service is feed back and rating system because of this system captains cannot treat badly with riders and rating system also protects customer rights. CAREEM is far better than Uber.....in all aspects. Careem Rocks......

The Captain got wrong location for pickup and on my enquiry he was waiting there so guided him to pickup point. This has been experienced for the 3rd time. So navigation needs lot of improvement. As waiting due to navigation causes charges to customers.

The most important problem is most of drivers doesn't know destination, you must guide them. And the GPS makes lots of mistakes. But Generally drivers are very polite. Also many times code of offer is not accepted

Very efficient and user-friendly app.. I'd like to give written reviews for the captains and I think rating passengers is also a good idea. The drivers are not very knowledgeable about how to get to places, although this is easily remedied by Google Maps :)

needs some improvements of Captain who are playing with customers by not answering calls. or forced them to canceled there booking.

I'm very happy to see this service working in Pakistan. And the ride is so economical even better than auto rickshaws. I will recommend this to everybody specially to those peoples who come to Pakistan from other countries

Now, its a not possible to book a ride, ATA is continuously non responsive, app doesn't works properly, tried to book many time+ as advised by Careem i reinstalled the app but still not working...its a night mare. Hopeless!!

Really need to improve the quality of service even they donot offer the extracredits in my wallet which i didnt get from the driver.. they really need to improve rather than some how trying to collect extra charges from customers...

Service is good... But some drives are not.... In summers Some drivers don't turn on AC to save fuel. I don't know what will be situation in June July.

V good service for pakistan but plz tell the process how we can register complains .. if we cancel a ride we will get penalty n if driver cancels then again we have to pay penalty it happens to me 3 times

In Islamabad. The app has worst possible interface (shows no cars at my pin but availability 10 seconds / 100m away). Too much (looting) charges

This is the worst thing one can have . Just for the sake of making money , they use to stand on wrong location and switched on the ride , and thn roam around to find out the mentioned location.

very poor service customer ko pagal bna rhy hain no doubt service bohat achi hai but mere sath jo ho rha hai uska kya friday ko ride li or bill 33000 ka na koi helpline na koi issues sunnay wala hai

It was my 1st Ride on Careem but awesome with best Driver's attitude and it shows that how much Organization is very much sensitive and careful about the customer choice. first of all improve your app sign in thingy!! i have been trying to sign in and sign up for so many days,but every time connection is timed out!! how on earth am i going to book a ride.pathetic app

Great service but in Business class I have seen cars with dirty boot. Need to improve on that.overall its way better than services available at the airport

I am using my careem everyday then suddenly i cant use it it says unable to process the request which is i dont understand y kindly pls tell me y thanks

Here is a complaint I submitted to Careem feedback system, which was returned unactioned: PKR 200 have been deducted from my account totally unjustly on the pretext on cancalling the ride. The truth is that I had not even booked the ride and after checking the fare of Go and Go plus, I chose to take Go, but PKR 200 have been deducted for cancelling Go plus. I didnt finalize Go plus, I didn't even call the driver, who by the way was only 5 minutes away from my place. How is it then justified make a deduction of PKR 200, for which I was not even asked.  I only came to know about it when the money was removed from my account. This is a totally wrong act. It is daylight swindling. We opt for your service because of economy and transparency. What economy I m getting if such amount is getting deducted from my account for a ride that I didnt even finalize. How can you justify paying a Go plus driver PKR 200 for sitting on his car seat doing nothing, when I only checked which ride was available, and how much it would charge for a certain distance. I urge you to immediately refund PKR 200 that you have wrongly deducted from my account.

Two things: 1) Helpline IVR is in Hindi Urdu and must be in Pakistani Urdu 2) Location To is not easy to appear and should be user friendly.

The service is beyond good and is expected progress in a country like Pakistan. There should be an option to communicate with drivers directly through app via chat or calling option (similar to whats app). This will maintain the privacy of careem users with regards to their phone numbers.

Sometimes they charge more I'm still confused about the fare that wether they charge according to per kilometer or the factor of time matters as well ?

Getting back to the current booking is difficult. If you loose the tracking on your mobile screen due to using another app, and to get back to the tracker is confusing. You have to go to schedule rides find your current rides.

I send them on Facebook to delete my account because my information are wrong after that they send me that every thing is OK I can't make new account

This is too much ....my ride is cancelled by your captain and you charge me 150 plenty y careem ....and the captain was v stupid he speaks lie and we were waiting for him fr abt half hour and then he cancelled my ride ...I am the frequent user of careem but your poor service breaks my heart I request you to block this captain.

Excellent ride experience I ever had in hiring a car. Pleased to have such a nice facility at my threshold. I do hope that company will provide facility out of city.

My experience is very good with careem...they reaches very fast in 5 min and its time consuming scured and very helpful service... ...Alhamdulillah no errors

It's a very nice and clean interface based app. Drivers and cars are nice and clean. So far had no issues. Will suggest to all near and dear ones to use it.

Its great. Way better than Uber who have pathetic cars. Careem has a great way to check if your car passes its tests

Good overall but if u cancel the ride because the driver is late they charge you for it. Not good. Otherwise it's nice
