I had to wait nearly 1 year for this app to work on my phone again. No one responded to my emails about it not working. I had a Samsung S5 that the app still works on. When i upgraded to the Samsung S7 the app initially worked. However, after sometime it stopped working. I had to use my old phone in order to use the app. So finally i can use it again on my current phone. Thank you for delaying my studies...customer service here is non existent. They really should put information on their site. I couldn't reach anyone for a refund as well. The app is great however.

This app was great when it worked. NOW it won't work at ALL! Irritated that I paid for an app that I can't even use. Afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I may have to pay for it AGAIN!

At first my videos didn't load (on android ) you need to go into settings then apps , scroll to this app , click on permissions , slide the storage button to turn on. Now works perfectly. A colleague had the same problem and this fixed her app too

Its impossible to register this app to share notes across 2 devices. Why should Android owners pay £5 more than Apple owners for an inferior product?

I updated recently to latest version but it just keeps crashing all the time. Tried to reinstall yet same problem. Terrible experience.

Thorough app with lots of information. However there isn't an option to change the Chinese from simplified to traditional. There aren't ANY settings to change the app at all, actually. I guess calling it a digital reference is more accurate than calling it an application, as it doesn't DO anything.

Do not sell an app for as much, if your foooking images don't load properly. Just add a refresh button. Reliable technology, is good technology...tools are supposed to work. Beside this, it has all the necessary contents and is great app on the go (eg. Bus, walking home,...)

The images don't load. I'm often looking at a blank screen. I'm went back to using the box of flash cards because the app is unpredictable.

Not showing acupoints images. Very unpredictable working of App makes yu think twice about the quality of app.

attention: you need to allow the permission to access storage manually in the settings of the app on Android!! customer service doesn't respond unfortunately

As an AcuEnergetics student and professional this manual has been extremely valuable.

It was great while it was working. Now it no longer even opens.

I have waited so long for this app and it was so worth the wait. It is the only acupuncture app out there that is exactly what is needed for points. It has the video explaining, where the location is, and even how to needle the point, and you can add your own notes as well. It loads fast on my Galaxy Note 4 and I can even zoom in and out. I have deleted all my other "point" apps since this is all I need now.

This could be such a great app, but it is not working right on android, friend has it on iOS and its perfect. Its slow but I'd get over that. The pictures do not load for the points, that's a big problem, this app is 31 euro, its a lot of money for an app that is not working as advertised. I'd advise everyone that has an android do not pay for this until they fix the app, it works perfect on iOS. I emailed the support email with no reply, looking at previous reviews, problems still not fixed over along time

I have had the app for quite some time... And it has not worked right for about a year. 90%of the time the point diagrams do not render... do not appear. In email correspondence with the developer I am told the problem is my device(s) ... Lack of memory. It was installed on my now retired Moto X 2nd gen 16gb.... Did not work... Now installed on Nexus 7 2nd gen tablet 32gb... does not work. Installed on a Samsung tablet t337e 16gb does not work..Installed on a Huawei Honor 8 32gb... Does not work.

They haven't had an update since 2015. No one is even trying to fix anyone's problems. This is an excellent app with great ideas. It makes life so much easier for in the class room and the clinic. The only problems I'm having with it is that it doesn't let me register an account in the app so I can't use it on separate devices. The other issue is that it lags even on the newest phones on the market which slows things down in the clinic.

I downloaded this app earlier this year. It will not save my account information and I have tried contacting customer service since March or April of this year. All I get is someone will respond with no response whatsoever. Do not waste your money on an app that has so many issues. I wish I had gone with a free version of another acupuncture app. I am a student and extremely frustrated.

I found that the images in the cun measurement page would not properly load and that i would otherwise often not be given a choice of getting to look at the image reference for a point or a video reference of a point. the app itself is wonderful and im only finding these small issues with my version on the aoson Tablet

Tried on multiple devices. Images fail every time. Could be good but needs fixing.

Unable to install app on Google pixel phone. Emailed to customer service like 6 months ago.

I'm upgrading my review as after a few months I found the images will sporadically not appear, you can get the video but that is no use if you need a quick look. I also cannot set up an account so to delete and reinstall the app will mean I lose all of the information I have typed in to personalise information. The developer eventually got back to me with an apology and said they were looking In to the matter, months later the issues are still there. 3 stars only because info is there just not in the most useful of formats. Not worth the £24.99 they ask for it

Update-The body area illustrations are missing for all of the channels. Still missing body area illustrations.....????. Often the point location image does not load on the point page as well. REFUND ME

I am an acupuncture student and like many others was very excited at the prospect of having a handheld reference for the textbook. I am however frequently frustrated when using the app because images sometimes do not load. There is no rhyme nor reason to this. I thought this was an issue because I had the Note 4 Edge however even after upgrading to the Note 5 and making sure my software is up-to-date I am still experiencing these issues. I do sincerely hope that this is soon to be rectified.

I like a lot of other people have hanging issues, unable to register and customer support just doesn't exist. If I didn't need it for my degree I would want my money back. It seems to me that with the cost of the text book and the app, you would think there was sufficient funds to fix the bugs. Just get on and fix it guys.

I've bought the book but I wanted a handy mobile version. I was so pleased I signed up so I could save my points. Then I accidentally logged out now I can't log back. I've email the support with no answer. I've even tried buying the Web version using my same login but I can't and customer service again are rubbish

This is a great app if it worked. It is a very usual app and there is nothing else like it on the market. This one freezes and is slow and am not sure if there is a bug with the program. Would love to hear from support on how to upgrade this or at the very least get it to function consistently.

Hi, Im a student using this app. My phone is Samsung Note 3, the app can ryn smooth in just first seconds, then it had freeze, I can't use the app on my purpose. I don't know what happen, I have sent you the comment, but I haven't seen any reply from you. I wonder what is wrong to my phone, or the app and my phone is not consistent. I have pay my money for this app but I can't use it... That's is sad :(

The ap is really good! The problems that I have with it, is that it freezes a lot. Sometimes the pictures disappear for the points. The pictures never show for the quick cun measurements. I would also like to load the ap onto my blackberry playbook but I think i would have to pay agaon. Overall it is really good, but they need to fix these bugs.

Ive seen this on the iPhone and it works much better. I love it when it works but it frequently freezes i wish i had bought it for the ipad. Can I get my money back and buy it on Apple?

I loved this app until point location images started to not show up, in a random, unpredictable manner. Once gone I cannot get them back. This has been going on for about 6 months. Very frustrating for an otherwise super useful app. I have this installed on my Samsung S6 phone, and tablets Tab A and S2. All of which have the same problem. Please fix or tell me how to resolve! Thank you. The web app, which I am paying for, also needs improvement. I can't add more than 11 points on the custom tests. NEEDS WORK! If this was a beta version, I could deal, but we are paying good money for these tools.

Hi Manual of Acupuncture. I wrote you. You did NOT respond. I then posted a comment here in reviews. You finally responded. I then responded to your email. AGAIN you did NOT respond. I then posted a new comment in reviews. You replied saying: " Hi Trine, the issue with the support emails is definitely resolved. I will contact you again today via the support email address. Regards, Andy" But you did NOT contact me. The pictures are no longer showing, and on both my tablet and mobile phone. I have android. I have tried re-installing the app but it did not help. WILL YOU PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS PROBLEM URGENTLY and also RESPOND when people contact you. I need the app for my studies, as do everyone else. The app also cost a lot of money and should work. Seems many people are experiencing problems. This is NOT acceptable. Here is what you wrote me in my email the one time you responded: "Hi Trine, Apologies for the delayed response. Are you running the App on Android or Apple devices? Also, which versions of the respective operating systems are you running on the devices? Is it the same version on both devices? This information will help us to rectify the issue. Regards Andy".

Its an excellent app, help tbe learning very much. however, recently the graphs never load up and thats very fruatrating. Can anybody pls fix that problem???

Can't log in to sync my data between devices. The app is slow and the pictures don't always appear. It's a shame because I like the app but it isn't functioning as it should.

Just bought the app on Sunday and i realised that i just paid for something where more than half of it's functions doesn't work. 90% of it's images doesn't load. I cannot even register myself, same complain brought up by other users since February 2016 !!!! I wrote to their customer service and have yet to receive any response from them. I understand they are based in UK and do not work on weekends but 3 working days have passed. I shld have read the reviews b4 buying. Can I please have my money back?

Excellent app but it's just so slow! I'm using android phone and tablet. For the money it really shld be a priority to fix this.

Totally helpful if you don't need photos. I have the latest phone and the latest version of this app. The app will currently display 1 photo and then no others. If I want to load more photos I have to restart the whole app.

Too big app. It should allow storing some data on the microsd card. Once installed it's almost 1,6 gb, 800mb for the app plus 800 from a file called cards.
