About Festipay
The Festipay app is a great way of maintaining control of Festipay festival cards. With this new app you can now keep track of purchases made at the participating festivals in Hungary and internationally, but you can also check your balance and previous transactions; in case of losing it, you can cancel your card and transfer the money to a new one; and you can now top-up your balance straight from your phone in 3 simple steps, using your credit card
REGISTERING YOUR CARD
First you need to download the Festipay app from the Google Play Store and get a Festipay festival card. When making the first deposit onto the card, you get a PIN code (on the receipt) - this PIN is essential for registering your card in the application. The easiest way to do this is by using the NFC technology in your smartphone to read your card or just entering your card number manually . (There is an option to register multiple cards in the application if desired.)
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE AND PAST TRANSACTIONS
In the main menu, there is an option to edit account settings which include the user's email, password, name and photo (optional). To check the balance, simply tap on the menu button and select the festival you wish to check, a list of options will then appear, letting you see the balance in HUF (or currency used at the selected event), a transaction list, an option to change PIN, disable your Festipay card or remove the card. Once the Transaction List option is clicked, a list of recent transactions will pop up, detailing each payment made using the card.
TOP UP USING YOUR CREDIT CARD
At selcet festivals to use this option, you need to register your credit card in the application and then choose the Credit Card Top Up option. Simply enter the amount you wish to transfer from your credit card to your festival card. To activate this transaction, go to any merchant, help desk, top up point or any location with a POS terminal and ask the staff to activate your credit card top up – and you can start spending just like that!

Keson jott az ertesites miutan fizettem vele. De azonkivul jol mukodik. Jaj es meg egy dolog: a pin kodot arra lenne jo felhasznalni ha tolteni akarod a kartyat, a megmaradt penzt bevaltani vagy fizeteskor bepotyogni. Kene legyen egy kis biztonsaga is, szerintem. Nem vicces mikor elveszited es bevaltsak csak ugy az egesz penzed. Legalabb a Cashpoint-oknal kerjek a pin kodot. Legalabb! Maskepp sok ertelmet nem latom se a pin kodnak (azonkivul hogy az app keri) vagy ezeknek a kartyaknak. Ezzel az erovel keszpenzel is lehetne fizetni. Ha valakinek mas velemenye van roluk vagy megmagyarazna valaki nekem az ertelmet szivesen hallgatnam meg. Keep up the good work!

Hi, i have a Summer Well card that worked fine until i tried to get the money left on it. After entering my name & bank account i get a "Backend error - Refund deadline reached". So how can we make it work? :)

Sracok, ez az app meg viccnek is rossz! Szerintetek ez egy UX szempontból teljesen tiszta, átlátható egyértelmű, átgondolt alkalmazás? Minden magától értetődő benne és gyönyörűen megjelenik benne a material design minden egyes alkotóeleme? Ezt a kérdést légyszi tegyétek fel annak, aki tervezte a layout-okat ;)

Why don't you fix the annoying "transaciton" typo? It really stands out - is even in the screenshot :) however besides that i like that it moves really fast - many times i quick checked if i have enough money for a purchase while the bartender was preparing it :)

I encountered a problem when I tried to register my Untold cash bracelet - I got either "card not found error" or "no internet connection". But the problem was identified thanks to the developer support - the card number to be used is printed on the bracelet. I was using a card number printed on the receipt along with the pin code. So be careful when entering the card number. Maybe it would be a good idea for the developer to add a description for that field in the app.

Nem ertem, hogy miert nem lehet regisztralni az untold fesztivalkartyat. Pin kodot ker, de az ideni fesztivalon contactless karryakat adtak es nincs pinkod.

Harmadszor probalok regisztralni, es harmadszor hasal el. Amugy mi a fraszert kerne hozzaferest a kontaktjaimhoz? Gondolom az csak egy vicc, ahogy az egesz app. UPDATE: koszi a valaszt, de a crash tovabbra is fennall, nem tudok regelni.
