My Red Lobster Rewards℠

I downloaded this app for the rewards. I signed up and automatically got 75 points. We spent over 300 dollars worth last night and I scanned my receipt and of course it said it would take 24 hours to process it. I clicked history late last night and it still said processing. I wake up this morning and the transaction is totally gone and I checked my email and said my receipt entry didn't go through and of course I don't still have the receipt... What a waste.

Looks like a great app. Easy to install. Looks modern and up to date. Fast. But one 'negative' comment. The initial gif/image is cruel! ???? The image of a Cheddar biscuit being slowly broken open, is so vivid, you can almost smell then!!! ????????????????

Yeah, I agree...Red Lobster app SUCKS. And, their restaurants don't have free wi-fi... As many tiimes we all have eaten at various Red Lobsters up and down the east coast... Now, they start an app; that's not worth being bothered with.

Able to install app. When I went to use rewards unable to login. Requested reset password 6x in 24hrs. Nothing. Use contact form & app says invalid email address?! When you type your email address for the password reset, MAKE SURE IT'S CORRECT. Thank you Beth, Red Lobster Rewards, for correcting MY problem. (I fat-fingered my email address initially and no matter how many subsequent times I requested a password reset with the correct email address, it didn't work.) I can login, scan receipts and claim rewards now.

This app sucks! I am in San Diego. I have been unable to create, log on, anything. I even emailed for assistance 5 times. I am an Office Manager at my place of business so I know my way around the web, internet, and apps. Yet, every email for customer service keeps passing me off or NOT returning my phone call or email. So, REWAEDS are next to impossible to get evidently. What really sucks is that I love eating at Red Lobster and my birthday is right around the corner and yet, I will not be able to acquire any points let alone my birthday surprise! :(

Horrible app. Was supposed to get 75 point on signup. Down loaded while eating redlobster. It said I had the 75 points but the app switched from 75 to 49 almost immediately. Worthless...

I cannot log in or look at Rewards it do anything else. When I tap the app to open all I get is the claw. I saw the comment below about the font size and my size is small. I used it yesterday when I installed it but it does not work today.

Hooray ! Finally a rewards app for one of my favorite restaurants! Celebrated my friends birthday today! So happy to see sign for rewards! Staff fabulous meal fabulous ! Downloaded app enrolled with no problem added receipt code with no problem. No negative review here! Love it!

I spent $250 at red lobster. My reward? A bowl of soup, tasting plate or dessert. Couldn't even get a free appetizer? This app sucks.

This location got rid of the Bus people so a lot empty dirty tables with customers waiting at least 30 minutes to be seated. The food was great otherwise!

I want to use on this app in Texas. Red Lobster is my top favorite restaurant so ever for years and PLEASE ACCEPT MY STATE ASAP. :)

So far it's awesome! The only advice that I have is PLEASE do not let the rewards points expire, that's the number one complaint that I and several others have. It's a real turn off because when you don't get to use them due to an expiration date, most customers won't be back any time soon. Let me know how this works, so I am prepared ahead of time, thanks so much for your time!

After reading several negative comments about this app I thought I would try it anyway. It appears to be working fine and I'm in Michigan

Not worth the space ot takes up. Unable to transfer from internal memory to the card to save space

Locked out. App won't let me reset the password or register again as email address is already in use.

Oohhh! Reading thru the reviews I see Red Lobster now has rewards program! I only go about 2x a year, so my points should never go away, right?

I thought that I would be able to place an order for pick-up/carryout. I don't really get the point of the app. I guess it's okay for accumulating points. However, I only downloaded the app to place an order.

Downloaded and awarded original points and then would not scan receipt and kept freezing! Not worth it!

I went to the red lobster in Austell Georgia wonderful place, one of my favorite Red Lobster's here in Georgia I spent over $100 they told me about the app so I download it I had enough points to receive a free appetizer for my choice of dessert or soup, go back to redeem it couldn't get into the app I couldn't remember my password try to put in reset password at least 10 times and all of a sudden it updated my information took away my points and only gave me 75 points as if I just downloaded the app contact customer service and they did nothing about it basically just told me to come back in and spend more money and I'll get more point now I hate Red Lobster and this app, and I plan on letting all of my friends, colleagues, and Associates know Just how much Red lobster DON'T value their customers. And I planned on taking my mother and all of my friends and family, that are still here from out of town for the holidays to Red Lobster today, we won't be going!!!

Red Lobster is the Best Restaurant for me ,I Absolutely Love this Restaurant....I Love to Come for My Birthday and Anniversary.... Thanks. I don't live close by ,so it makes it Very Special for me......????????????????????????????????????..When I Do Come....

I don't like that I can't use all of my rewards in one sitting... Kind of defeats the purpose. Also app takes forever to load and is constantly freezing...

When I try to open the app, it is stuck on the first screen that says Red Lobster Rewards and doesn't do anything else.

I've been using it non stop for about the past 20 minutes and no issues so far. I'm really liking it so far.

Receipts do not have barcode to scan or 12 digit code to enter. Cannot add receipts to rewards app.

Just downloaded it a couple of weeks ago but it won't open now. It just shows Red Lobster and you can't go in.....????
