I still play but it was better when you get other items not just gift cards. I bet most people can't earn enough to get an amount that would make it exciting. I know I won't. Good luck eveyone.

Pens points app acted up when I hit 500 and I lost an extra 30 points when I couldn't share in Facebook and Twitter. Well now that I am at 1000, it's doing it again. Just spinning with Please Wait. Well I 've waited over 10 minutes now. SMH!! Well it froze so I lost another 30 points.

Camera has been broken on both Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X all season.

Still showing an away game where home game is supposed to be in April. Wish they would have more ways for getting points for those who may not get to Pittsburgh that often and this year only gift card rewards.

Lost all my pens points when I had to get another phone. Does anybody win other than the rich that go to the games and get more points?

I recently switched from Iphone to android and now the app won't even let me log in through Facebook. I never had anyour issues with this app on iPhone. I'm disappointed

Since Thursday my app just keeps cycling through a loop, and will not log back in via Facebook or email. It's hard to accumulate points when the app fails. I expect I'll lose the ones I had if it ever gets fixed. Prior to Thursday (10/09/15) the app was great. I have used it since the beginning. Very frustrated right now though.

How can I accumulate Pens Points when the app will not link to Facebook nor let me reset it? Very poorly designed! Absolutely a piece of steaming crap!

I've used this app in the past without problems. This season I can't use it. It won't let me login and keeps cycling through a confirmation window. Very frustrating! I've tried changing my password and reinstalling multiple times, and it still doesn't work.

1st....app does work the most part. Issues every year that seems to get fix then happens again is unable to log into Facebook. Other times normal is hard to scan tickets or get verified.

Keeps cycling through logging into Facebook even though I have had it for 2 seasons.. I refuse to create a new account. The issue needs corrected.

Works as advertised. Keep up to date when adding all your points, even when adding your receipts at the hockey game!

I've never had issues with this app until this season. It just keeps cycling through but nothing happens.

No points for correct predictions. That's where I got all my points last year. I'm not buying anything to get points either.

Good program but it seems like the only ones that can get anything decent are season ticket holders. I diligently got every other code possible the last two years and didnt get enough for more than a tshirt

Tried to login using Facebook on my galaxy note 5, and it goes into a loading loop.

Will not let me log in by Facebook or my signing in with email. Just shows loading sign.

I had pens points before on my other phone, now I download the app for my galaxy s5, try to log in with Facebook and it gets hung up!!! You can't resolve these problems before the beginning of hockey season???

PLEASE allow push notifications to be toggled off. It is extremely annoying and of no use to tell me I can save money at Dick's every time the Pens win.. especially after midnight on the occasional late game. Logging out doesn't even help. Considering an uninstall.

No points for correct predictions. That's where I got all my points last year. I'm not buying anything to get points either.

What a joke. Yeah, keep rewarding the elite season ticket holders. Look at the leader board. 350-500 pts & we are 2 games in. I hv everything available w/o buying stuff to earn them & its 30 stinkin points. VERY sad. According to Cardeeo, I could have 550 points as of 10/16/14... Sorry, I'll just buy the stinking shirt.

It never works it tells u that u have redeemed codes n don't give u the points n codes dont work half the time it will tell u it's expired even if u jus got code from game n put it in really needs to b fixed

App worked fine for a few weeks, up till Thursday night. Now it won't run, and no one I reached out to for tech support would even respond.

It was a great app and program until I lost ALL of my points. Was it supposed to clear you back to zero with the start of the new season? Ridiculous

I'll give it 5 stars when a correct pens predictor gets pens points like last year. Why did that stop?

Love this app. A must for pens fans.
