Master (Si Fu) Luk Chi Ling is one of the students of the well-known Wing Chun Master: Cheng Bi. He has learned Wing Chun Ku Fu since he was 10 with Master Cheng Bi; and was taught by Master Cheng Bi himself. After all, Master Luk has decided to teach Wing Chun Ku Fu in public to prove Master Cheng Bi’s skill and theory are unique. Therefore, Luk Chi Ling Wing Chun Ku Fu Association is established in 2001.
