Card2Contact for Android
Bad work. Not good.
Sorta works, sorta doesn't, still a beta -- has promise, but don't buy yet ... Sorta works, sorta doesn't, still a beta -- has promise, but don't buy yet This app has an interesting combination of features, which sorta work, but on the free plan I could only enter two cards successfully when I should have been able to enter 9 on the free "trial" plan, other cards couldn't be entered when it said "no event associated". Checking the details incorporated into the contact details, some important info missing, which is present in other apps: like groups, Company, position, (or at least these were not clearly labelled) -- has spaces for social media details - often missing from other apps -- but if details are not entered, the spaces to enter these ARE lost! -- pricing is really crazy -- virtually forces you to get the top platinum - cheap for now, but????? Ignore response from dev -- misleading.
Did not like the dumb password requirement. Did not have the ability of restoring the backup from a prior version. Lost my cards! Thanks to card2connect! Prior version was better and allowed local backups and restores. UNRELIABLE!!!
And has an outstanding support department!
Very nice app, well designed, easy to use and very helpful.
I won't be dictated to. I will NOT put an uppercase letter in my password. Uninstalled.
Not sure about other reviews. But It works well for me. Able to create my profile and uploaded my own business cards + profile images. I liked the concept of bringing contacts from 3 sources. Take a pic, sync and Add a contact. Business Idea is brand new to integrate contacts with calendar. Helped to manage my contacts under events. It would be nice If I am able to group contacts based on events and shoot a single email to all. Hoping this will come in further releases. Spent time to upload all my business cards ( around 30 ) and got them back in an hour. Accuracy is great. I think for heavy networkers the top package makes sense. It’s actually monthly subscription. I am comfortable with middle package for a month. Very promising and engaging App. I would give 4 stars.
Tried other business card conversion software’s including human TX. But none provides all the features listed here. Amazing. It actually helps me to convert, connect and followup with my contacts. Solid 4 stars and will give 5 If you connect with my linkedIn contacts.
Quite good implementation. I had UI issues in Note for an old version, but its looking good in the new build. Thanks. I understood its a manual transcription effort, so accuracy is perfect but waited for 10 minutes to get back my contacts. Web synch will be an easy one to upload all my contact images. Will be waiting for that...
Keep crashing on my galaxy note 2. Always get error no internet connection while trying to login.
Makes handling of business cards so much easier
But the best part is - it loads very fast from the next attempt. Calendar sync happened in a few seconds, which is good. Able to manage events and integrate any new contact with them. Nice. Would be good if I am able to group people based on events. Stunning UX designs.

I like the idea of the app, unfortunately it won't stop crashing on my N4. I submitted nine bug reports within the first five minutes of use. I'd suggest integrating with Gmail, native contacts, and the calendar for a future release. I'll keep the app installed if the dev will improve stability and update!
Result in strong flash light and total white - cant see the card details at all
Bad work. Not good.
Worked in my Samsung and even accessed the same contacts from my Nexus!
Able to add notes and connect with an event. Interesting idea.
I like the human card conversion and adding met at events. Best event based contacts management app. Would be nice if have web access to view in my Mac. Worth it.
This app wants you to register without even knowing if then app is good at all... No
This looks like a good idea, but the UI is horrible and the app doesn't convert the picture of a business card to a contact on my Nexus4. It's been a quick install/uninstall for me
Great for keeping business cards all in one place
Great idea in concept. Didn't really work at all on my Note 2. I waited two hours for one business card photo to be converted into a contact. That won't do at all for real world business use. It needs to be coverted from pic to usable contact info in seconds. I would also like the ability to edit my business card photo (cropping, landscape mode, photo basics, etc.) Had to give one star rating, even as a beta app, because I couldn't get it to function, gave up and uninstalled it....
