Worst customer service I have ever dealt with

I was told it cost $4.95 a month to use card. I go to fill what I need the store charges $3.95 fee an then the take $9.99 fee out I call an another rep says no it $9.99 a month to use the card I think they need to get their employees on the same page an $9.99 seems a lil high to have to pay every month to spend your money an make them money LOWER YU OUR MONTHLY FEE AN WILL BE GREAT COMPANY... AN DOSE THIS SHOE UP YO THE CRRDIT SCORE TO HELP U BUILD BACK UP YOUR CREDIT SCORE?

I truly hate this card and the company! They blocked my card saying for security purposes.. Thousands of dollars held up.. Told me 24-48hours for my information that I submitted to be reviews and my card will be come active again.. Its been almost 4 days and still nothing! All foreigners answering and giving no real answers.. I'm contacting someone to resolve this issue as well as the BBB

Simple app. Easy to use and put money on my card as well as setting up direct deposit. Sometimes I have an issue with putting money on the card. I don't know why. The issues just started recently but it has nothing to do with the app itself ( I don't think).

I HATE THIS CARD COMPANY. NO ONE ACCEPTS THESE CARDS EITHER!!I can't wait to get my cars and get my money out. I reported my card lost. I found it.I tried to link my account to my pay pal so I can still pay for stuff. But my account can't be touched AT ALL until I activate a new card. NOT 1 BANK RESTRICTS THE WHOLE ENTIRE ACCOUNT IF CARD IS STOLEN.

I love the card designs and the company. My only reasons for giving it 4 stars are I wish I was able to login faster and get text notifications. Also, I wish there was some type if budgeting tool but I'll look for one online. All in all, it's a great app.

Love the card designs and the simplicity of being able to snap and up load my checks. No more long lines or fees for not being a bank member etc. Also the direct deposit is a major plus. I'd love to be able to get text messages though whenever my money's on my card.

It's bad enough that I have to take 9,999 pics before my check is accepted, but I can't even do THAT BC the sign in page has been loading for the past hr!

Really it's okay but I've had better service's through other companies I've never had a limit on how much I can withdraw and with theses ppl you do you can only take out 700$ from a ATM and some banks will let you have the same also so a total of 1400$ a day is all you can have don't like it

Gave 4 stars only because it's not easy to load checks and the monthly fee. Plastic cover comes off before it expires, have to get a new one a year before it expires...

By far my favorite prepaid card yet! Doesn't charge you to make a purchase, free atm withdrawals, and amazingly cute designs!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

I'm constantly having issues with my card now. And can't ever talk to a rep to explain why I do not have access to my funds!!!

It's great to finally have card designs that I actually wanted and not choose something that was the least ugly option. I don't like that I can't add money from my debit card. I don't want to deal with going through PayPal. My other prepaid card let's me load money from my debit card, quick and easy.

Don't get this card they r a scam they steal u identity and steal all u money they have no real supervisors its all foreigners

Love it! Very convenient. Haven't had any issues at all. My paycheck gets deposited 2 days early. Love that!

The only things iv found i dont like is you can only withdrawl 70p a day and its my money so i pay u to use you card and then u can tell me how much of my money i can have at one time other than that no issues and i have a lot of money go on and off this card so if its not changed ill be lookong into other options with no withdrawl limit

It's very convenient from depositing my paycheck to taking a picture of a check instead of going to the bank.

I've had this app for over a year an it just gets better and better every year!

I got a sweet design for my card...I will be getting the family plan so we all can look good while spending money lol ..... The card is great and easy to use

I love the fact that I can check my balance any time and also that get alerted when my card is used.

I used to overdraft a lot but with the card & app I get updates instantly everytime I use my card with my new available balance. So much easier to keep track of my spending and stay on budget

Easy, very useful. When i got tired of banking fees i got a CARD

I love these cards how I can transfer funds from 1 card to another it's easy an free

Would be nice to actually talk to human when I'm having issues with my card. Can't get any customer service whatsoever.

Decent app. Needs to be able to talk to real people. Atm fees are a lot to lose just to withdraw

I like the cards cuz i use 1 for work and direct deposit, then i transfer to my other card n use that card.

I just love it because I get my money two days earlier like they told me I would on paydays.

Over all works great for what's needed an for quick depoists.when casinos an banks aren't open or except your check company
