Car Connection 2.0

We got this for our company vehicles so we could dispatch them better. We need to see a live location not where the vehicle was 5 minutes ago. The app is very bad, it has a lot of bugs, I thought it would've been fixed by now but it is the same since the day I got the app.

Log into the app, and click a button on the dashboard to see more details and takes you to a blank screen. Is easier to just use the website

Terrible at updating the location. Doesn't trace the route. Does well with speed notification. Takes too long to update location/trip information.

Every time I try to login on the app it says failed to validate but if I login online it works like a charm deleting the app and returning device

The design team needs to get in touch with companies/tracking apps like LIFE360. We have life 360 and it works great with real time GPS tracking. This app tells you where your car was 5 mins ago and most of the time doesn't auto update locations. I'm glad I tried my friends before purchasing I will not purchase this for myself.

Since I had the car connection, my driving has greatly improved. I got a better deal on my car insurance as well.

Can't log in this sucks

Would be nice if the app let me pick the alerts I want to see and suppress the others. I get 10+ alerts every day about rapid acceleration, harsh braking, etc.when just cruising to grocery store these alerts are pointless. The ones I care about like Geo fence get lost in the noise. I would also like to see push notifications for alerts I define. The UI is confusing why do I have to touch location first to get to trips? Location addresses only show part of time on trips tab most of time just says loading.

It's the only car tracker AT&T offers, so I'm stuck, but set up with this app is terrible, it's very buggy, and the user interface makes no sense. Garbage app.

The best vehicle monitoring app that I have used so far

I love Car Connection. It makes it very easy for me to keep an eye on my teenager's driving habits and nudge them if they are not doing well. Worth my money.

I love the on demand locate feature of this app a lot and it is extremely useful. I get text warnings for many things which is just in time.

I wanted to thank the support group for the help whenever I have questions. Great app.

Before they decided to force you to update to this version it worked perfectly. Now it freezes sometimes doesn't show me my location of the vehicle. The car will be already home and will show is still on the highway. The settings selections everything is terrible. You think in this modern technology that they could design something way better.

Worked ok the first day but none of my zones send me a notification since the upgrade. I have nothing for today although my son drove to school and swim practice. Greatly dissappointed...it used to work great before the upgrade.

Apparently if you unintentionally hit the 'Forgot Password' button it will no longer be able to work on your phone. Before the error the program was marginal at best.

I noticed that when I look at my driver performances it says that every trip cost $2.42 no matter the distance or how I drove. Also under messages, I show 6 messages, all for future maintenance that I am not going to do for a long time. My car has 18000 miles yet it is telling me that I need to replace spark plugs at 100,000 miles. That message shouldn't show up yet. There are several like this.

I'm a father of two boys that does alot of traveling with my kids and I can say this, I truly enjoy using the app. I will recommend it to anyone looking for daily report of vehicle health and updates on recalls. It provides a user with that peace of mind

Voxx did a great job adding key features to 2.0 and improving the user experience from the GEN 1 version, They even added insurance discounts!

It's like social media for your ride. Can't wait for more people to join. Easy to use and understand. It's nice having all your vehicle information and control at the palm of your hand. Keep it it guys, this is gonna be huge.

This app is full of features that outweighs all other telematics apps that are in the market. I have tried both versions and 2.0 is everything that I need for all my family vehicles.
