CaratLane - A Tanishq Partnership - Buy Jewellery

It's a very good app. My only suggestion is when we are seeing our Orders, then we should be able to see that item in full details as normally while surfing. It irritates that we see it in Ordered items then going back and search it again.

When I saw that this is a Tanishq partnership, I thought it is trustworthy. But noooo. The service is absolutely irresponsible. I ordered a product and have paid before the delivery. I get the product in couple of weeks and it doesn't meet my expectations so I returned it. I spoke with an executive over call(placed by the guy who delivered the product). I was told the product would be modified and will be delivered. After that, there is no update from them. I called the customer care few times, after 2 more weeks of returning the product they said they are working on the product. Worried that this might take few more weeks, I asked for my money back, and they just don't work on it. I am waiting for their update. My first order at Caratlane. A terrible experience. I would never suggest this to anybody

Designs available in this store are awesome and most of them r 18k gold with diamond. These r the best designs in the market i seen so far but only thing is how good r these jewelry in the long time like r they long lasting seems so delicate.

i ordered a ring and it was surprise for my husband's bday. my order was supposed to come 5 days before i needed. i have a new born baby and cant go out to buy gift. but i think choosing caratlane was a big mistake. since then i am constantly calling caratlane and they are promising me different delivery times but still not delivering. least bothered to arrange the delivery on time. Despite all this trouble i was very humble on calls and trusted them. now i feel i should have shouted on them on the 1st day itself. They sounded very honest on call.

Money has been deducted from my account but they claim that the transaction has failed.

Outstanding application and sales services are awesome. I am fully satisfied with my very first order and I will definitely use this app in future also. Keep it up guys.

The product was not how it looks on website, I ordered Nina diamond band but the design and quality of product was very disappointing.

It's a good app for online jewellery shopping, the quality is good plus the home delivery service is even better.

Many products are very nice, but I thought there will be EMI'S on all jwellery. It will be nice if EMI'S is on all products
