Email Me Free for Android
So disappointed that this app will no longer be supported, but I haven't had any problems. I have been looking for an app like this for months. I plan to upgrade to pro so I can support the developer.
Best I have tried. THX!
It saves a lot of clicks every day. Thanks for the app!
I couldn't find anything that would just automatically email a given address without user interaction from the share menu. This works just fine with a single button press and is decently configurable. Oddly the pro version, which can send emails automatically via a gmail account requires three interactions per use. Since one is less than three I'm happy with the free version.
Works as advertised, but the new icon is awful. Poor contrast and difficult to identify it's even an envelope versus the old icon which was obvious and eye catching.
Real time saver. Developer provided quick update to customize on HTC Thunderbolt. Love this app! Update: been using it on Galaxy S4. Still love it. I moved the app to the SD card and lost the icon regularly, contacted developer for fix, recommend to move app to device storage and all has been good. Can't say enough about the personal attention and overall function of this app. Works perfect for pre-formatted emails - just what I need. Definitely worth the couple bucks!
the only thing messing is if the tweet contain another language the email will come unreadable! I suggest you change the coding to UTF 8
One apps that will make your life so much much easier. Go for the Pro... you will not regret. Now you can send emails to your loved ones with 1 touch. Edit: Also works OK with newer phones... Android 4.2. MiUI. Also Lenovo... Compared it to Selfmail and Mailmyself, this app still wins.
Exactly what I what I wanted.
Very handy and I used it daily on my HTC Desire Z, but recently the widget stopped working. I reinstalled, and now it doesn't appear in my list of widgets at all.
Real time saver. Developer provided quick update to customize on HTC Thunderbolt. Love this app!
Lots of apps promise to add value. This is indispensable. Use it all the time.
This is a great app for quickly grabbing those simple thoughts you have throughout the day.
High hopes diminished quickly. Anytime phone, Sensation 4g, updated anything on the market/play store, thereafter when I started an "Email Me" note from the homescreen, it asks to set the default mail app. I keep clicking the remember default checkbox, but it keeps asking after any update. Emailed support multiple times to help me solve the problem, thereby justifying purchase to full, no response to any requests.
The best one

Fantastic app!! Use it daily to compensate for my terrible memory...
Exactly what I was looking for, an easy way to email myself with one click from my homescreen. Great for sending todos and other "note to self" emails
only works with Gmail...need to open it up to all email Lapps.
Does what it says. does it well.
Doesn't always work with some application but nice when it does
it does exactly what it says exactly what I want
It does what it says on the tin. Selfmail didn't work for me but this one works great...
Exactly what I needed. Wish it could send using TouchDown. Works well with other email. Fascinate.
Kept telling me wifi wasnt working when it clearly was. Couldnt connect to server. SS Galaxy s
I could not get past the setup me either so I don't know if app works on G2 or not. 1* is for the lack of instructions; not the app.
Couldn't get past the setup menu. Uninstalled Moto Droid.
but doesn't do anything else. Uh is this supposed to be an email program?
This program is great but the free version doesn't allow direct-sending without opening the email app. SelfMail allows this for free!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I am an obsessive note taker and this helps me save a few clicks each time. I use this with Macrodroid... I wanted to take a second to leave a nice review for this developer. Thank you!
I tried Compose Mail Shortcut, Quick Email Compose, and another one, and none of them had a 1 click button from the home screen that filled in the "to" address automatically. This was perfect.
Widget options are limited. Should have an option for no text.
Best I have tried. THX!
A great "note to self" utility. Don't know what else to say; a boring review for a boringly good and reliable app.
Super useful
Love this app - very simple. ... but what happened to it in the recent update? The cursor now defaults to the 'To' line rather than the body of the email. Very frustrating to have to select the body before you start writing the email to yourself.
I like it
Absolutely necessary app that's small & simple. Others have complained about having to recheck their default email app after an update; which does happened every once in a while. However, it's really not a big deal for me to have to press on the gmail option in the dialogue box. Definitely not enough to knock down a star.
Can't get past the settings...so it's useless. If anyone can tell me what the step is after selecting all the options in the settings, PLEASE DO!!

Works a treat without issues on phone and tablet. Such a time saver. Gets the information where I want it and can then deal with it efficiently. Namely my email in box on my desktop and laptop. Much faster than prattling about. I set the default to be a dot in the title and the content which works well and makes it faster. It becomes click app. Add text to title or body. Send. It also comes up with things like share and then I only have to click send.
