I LOVED the food and atmosphere at E.S.M.'s in Stouffville, ON...and then it closed! Living just outside the GTA, 1/2 hr from everywhere, one would think there would be family restaurants everywhere. NOPE. Both Port Perry and Uxbridge have very little in that area. There are wealthy seniors, families in $800,000 houses BUT no one is jumping on to make money by opening some kind of restaurant! E.S.M.s would be PERFECT! Or Kelseyville or whatever. Hungry families here that want to eat at home can get pizza or Swiss chalet. Very nice when you have guests in town! That's the end of this rant. Please do SOMETHING!!

Can't put in my address. Apparently my address format is invalid. Took out all spaces and got an error message that doesn't even tell you what the error is. This app needs some serious work.

It wasnt working right. It placed my order before I selected how I wanted to pay...and it didnt allow me to add utensils or rewiew my order. ???? Hope I ordered what I wanted.!?!

Wouldn't allow me to pay with credit card. No option for debit. Only other option was gift card and scene points...cool I guess I'll walk to the store to take out cash to pay for my order since u don't take debit and keep saying there is an error with processing 3 different credit cards. This defeats the purpose of ordering in....

The one pasta dish i always get was not on the menu. Had to build my own and it was very confusing. But when i tried to call no one would answer the phone so i had to figure it out. Hope the food taste better than that experience.

Too small of a delivery area. Unless you live within very close proximity to the actual restaurant this app is useless due to the small radius available for delivery. Hamilton is not that large.. there shouldn't be anywhere in that city too far away for delivery.

I know this is irrelevant as the rating is supposed to be for the app but there's nowhere I could find on website to comment about the experience.... I ordered a Caesar Salad which was $10 and I have no problem paying that however, my $10 salad was 6 bites, seeing as that was all I ordered I was not at alI happy as I had to make myself dinner after ordering my dinner! Maybe if it was listed under the sides, it would have deterred me from getting it and ordered something that actually filled me up!!!!!

App accepts all information enter credit card and it won't complete order. Just sits there on the complete order screen frozen. Won't place order. So app is useless

I love the app, but I wish you had the option to say no to the homeloaf. You offer gluten free options, but then force me to take bread that I then throw out. That's the only thing. It's small, but just an idea. :)

Why do you charge a $5.00 delivery fee at checkout before tax when you are already charging $20 for simple pastas? This is not competitive pricing for food or delivery fees.

Slow interface, slow to toggle between menu options. Could add available coupons to check out for easier selection. Otherwise convenient and better than calling in an order.

Slow to load, unable to select a store or even place an order. Probably a bug, but some fixes are definitely needed.

Tried to place my order 3 times. Although slow at a couple of points during the process, no hickups. At the "complete order" stage, it just kept flashing as if it was really placing my order. After third 5 minute delay, I closed the app and fried some bacon.

Wtf, completing order just flashes and does nothing. What a waste of time and poor customer experience. Have tried 3 times without success. Either your server is down or something but this app is poorly engineered.

It's kinda slow and clunky. I think it's the app not my net since it's the only thing lagging on my phone or our TV. I had to wait way to long for it to "think" won't use it again.

Automatically added a $10 tip I only found out about after the email receipt arrived. Not happy.

I gave only 1 star because it's telling me I don't live close enough to the location for delivery... isn't that the point of delivery? I live in Whitby off of hwy2 and I know there's a location at taunton... you need better delivery service

App tells me everytime that there is no delivery available in my area even though there is. Fix the app cause it sucks.

Horrible app - never works. Always have to go to online site, which is just as bad, or call the 1-844 number.

User friendly, navigated through process so quickly had order done in less than 5mins. If app was poor in the past well it has definitely improved. Hopeful my delivery and food are just as I remembered 8 years ago;)

Needs serious editing. Takes forever to process and if you hit the back button it deletes everything you've entered. Can't duplicate a previous order either (which would be fine if you didn't have the option to tell me to duplicate my last order). Just very sloppily coded.

I downloaded the app because I wanted to be able to make a table reservation, but it won't let me do that. It's only useful if I want to order takeout! I'll have to try their website instead.

It freezes and crashes often. Sometime have to input the order 2 or 3 times.. could have just called the order in and got the food already!

I tried to place a order as a guest account and it wouldn't complete. I had to go to store and place order. Why have app that wont work?

Doesn't have all the bugs worked out yet. Hoping it improves with use.

Doesn't not take coupons. There is a glitch saying you have a coupon in your cart but there is no coupon.

It accepts debit-credit cards! Nothing accepts them online! More apps need to!

Worked great, easy to order and navigate. The family deals are cheaper than going out to East sides! Nice looking app. Can't wait to get my food!!

Easy to order. Cannot use more than one gift card. Online only coupon code does not work
