We get notifications everytime the card is used. I can't find where to get my credit score.

Great app and easy to use. Keep track of any and all charges and available credit in one app. LOVE IT

Great app

Update: i found that my Clean Master App was causing several notifications to not come my way. I have removed Clean Master from my phone and now the Capital One Wallet App is working again. I am now getting all notifications like normal. Used to love the app, but for the last couple of months, I no longer get notifications for purchases with the card. Not sure if this is a setting with my phone or an issue with the app. Will gladly give a 5 star rating if the notification issue is corrected.

It seems to me that everything included in this app is already a feature in the main Capital One Mobile app (lock your cards, check payments, see card balances), or could easily be consolidated into the main app (tap to pay, photo receipts to payments, adding gift cards). I'd rather have all the features in one app than have to go between both. Make it the same way CreditWise works with all features included in the Capital One Mobile app. Then make the separate app for non-customers as an alternative to the other tap to pay apps and to upload gift cards. Saves space on the phone and eliminates an unnecessary inconvenience for those who are customers.

This app is just a couple of bugs away from being 5 stars. If you are one that likes to stay on top of your expenses, this is an excellent app for you. The grouping function is great, but a little buggy... Sometimes you cannot remove items from groups. The email a copy function is nice but would be worth more if the picture of the receipt was included as an attachment. I travel for work constantly and this is great for keeping things straight. UPDATE 03/09/17: What? Giving up on groups is a big mistake guys, this is what differentiates this app from any other credit card app. I am dropping this to 3 stars.

Cool app. Would give it 5 stars if I could pay my bill like the Capital One app. I gave that one 4 stars because you can pay your bill but can't turn the card on/off. So I use this app to turn my card on/off just in case I lose it (for safety reasons) and the Capital One app to pay my bill. It'll be nice if I could do both using only one app.

I had a CapitalOne credit card already, and decided to make one more. After it was approved online, a virtual card was available right away - all I had to do was set up online access for the new card, and it was synced instantly with all the CapitalOne webs and apps! It was such a great customer experience. My only wish is the Wallet app to have a fingerprint login (CapitalOne app already has that)!

T70%
by T####:

Great app. I like the alerts to let me know of purchases made, and the ability to lock my card if it gets lost or stolen. Now I only wish they would merge this app with the mobile app. Seems kind of redundant to have two separate apps. It would be nice to be about to have it all in one. I would like to see the features of being able to live chat with a representative and be able to request a CLI.

Works great! I have pretty much replaced my bank debit card with my Capitol One card since I got this app. It tracks my expenses better than the app my bank provides. Also much easier to use. I feel secure with the "realtime" monitoring and alerts. Many times my phone is going off telling me that there has been a new charge on my card while I am still signing the receipt. If an unauthorized charge is made I will literally know it within seconds! I just don't like it that 2 apps are required to fully maintain my account...can't pay my bill or view statements with this one, and hard to reconcile with the other one due to limited transaction listings. Will give a "5" when all functionality of the 2 apps gets rolled into 1 complete app.

T70%
by T####:

It's great but making payments is incredibly slow. If I use my checking account to make a payment for my credit card I expect it to be take out the same day or at least by the next day. This is the second time it has not been paid on the day I requested it to and it has knocked my score down by almost 50 points because of it.

T70%
by T####:

This app is very easy to navigate and account information is easy to read. I haven't tried to make any mobile payments with the app though. However, I really wish the Capital One bank debit cards were compatible with Samsung Pay. Let's make that happen Capital One sooner rather than later.

T70%
by T####:

Finally able to login after months of trying. Just trying to authenticate samsung pay and doesn't work. Call capital one and can authenticate through text message but they send, i don't get, transfer, send, nothing. They day they will call me back, they do, did you get text, no. Well at least i can login now to wallet which i don't need. For months, couldn't login with my user account, kept saying i need to verify through email and didn't work. This time email works but this app isn't what i want.

T70%
by T####:

Wonderful, love it. I like the ability to lock your cards.even if you lose them or they are stolen no one can use them. I always keep my cards locked and only unlock them when I'm ready to make my purchase and then I lock them again immediately after before I even leave the store

U70%
by U####:

Biggest problem for me is receipts that I attach to a transaction are kept on the SOMEWHERE. NO ability to share, not good for keeping track as cannot be sent or recorded anywhere but on phone. Fix this for a 5 star rating!

E70%
by E####:

I use the CapitalOne banking app, it is good, and getting better. This one is an opposite, and the primary feature tap & pay makes the app quit/getting killed on a 5.1 lg g3, short after it's within the NFC range (1 sec). Uninstalled...

V70%
by V####:

It's allowing settings I never authorized, with that exception and not being able to pay my bill thru this app (have to have both apps) it's ok. I would rather the ability to add my card to android pay much easier and user friendly

T70%
by T####:

I tried yesterday 11 to pay. And couldn't becous your app didn't work well, now almost past the due date I am doing. My pc has been broken. No happy

N70%
by N####:

Capitol ones politically correct activism policies aside they are a great product. However I Would like to be able to pay my bill directly from wallet. Also wallet isn't working at stores that Samsung pay does. Plus SP gives you tons of rewards just for using it. This app should link to Capital One App.

T70%
by T####:

Would give it 5 stars if it supported Android and Samsung Pay. Not everyone has or wants an Apple phone. I do like the turn off feature though, that could be a fraud saving feature. You also can't make a payment TO the card without down loading ANOTHER Capitol One app, I think I'll pass on the multiple apps for one card and just make my payments on my home computer.

T70%
by T####:

Love this app. It tells me any time a charge is made. It's easy for me to keep track of what my kids are charging on their individual cards since all cards are shown separately and you can switch between cards with a single swipe.

T70%
by T####:

Works great. Can disable credit card with click of a button, track all purchases and even get push notifications whenever your card is used. Only gripe is it wants to replace Android pay as the default app and continues to nag.

T70%
by T####:

The notifications waste space with useless words, leaving you guessing exactly where the purchase was. "Your purchase for $15.44 at Lo"...?? Wish it would just put what is important, "purchase, $15.44, Lowes". No guessing. No logging in and checking EVERY TIME.

T70%
by T####:

I love seeing an immediate message of each transaction as it occurs. I caught a fraudulent transaction that way. I contacted Capital One and they started an investigation and are overnighting me a new card. The new card number is already available on my Wallet app!

D70%
by D####:

unable to verify my card with Samsung pay using this app as required according to Samsung pay. not sure why this wallet will not recognize my log in.

E70%
by E####:

Not sure the purpose of this app as it unnecessarily duplicates features in Samsung pay or Android pay. Felt like I was forced to download this app and its not useful.

T70%
by T####:

A POS. Their "one time code" is anything but. Every time I use th app, it wants to send me another code. This is harassment. I travel frequently overseas and do not have the time or the ability to deal with their idiotic verification system. It is amazing that other more intelligently staffed card companies have less intrusive verification systems and are secure. There it department is a bunch of idiots who have been able to bamboozle the CEO into buying this inane system.

T70%
by T####:

Can't read notifications. Can see amount but not who it went to. If a transaction is declined, I see a notification, but no information. Even if I log on to the app, I can't find any information. It would be a great app if I could just see the information. !

T70%
by T####:

Haven't used the the' them off card' feature, but great that it's available and love being able to track spending. Just would like to track payments on the app as well... not sure if possible...?

B70%
by B####:

Good app for managing card use and secure in that I can turn on and off certain features of the card. Has helped me manage fraud as well as I have alerts set to on for all transactions

T70%
by T####:

This app is great for notifying you of changes to your account that you select. I, last week, had my password and email changed. Instantly received a text and email. I went to the app and my password was, indeed, not correct. I entered the wrong password until the app locked me, as well as the thief, out. I also locked my Capital One app the same way. Unfortunately, the thief had more information than I was aware of. They physically called, twice, and had my password reset again. Made a charge for $1900.02! CO credited my account immediately. I put a fraud alert on my credit reports. All clear so far. Fast notification saved me a huge headache and credit score nosedive. *****Only issue I've found, on my HTC One M8, I can not, for the past few months, sign in with Sideswipe. Can't leave feedback or change the pattern. "Error" & logs me out.*****

T70%
by T####:

One of the best apps for keeping track of transactions. It sends text immediately when swiped of amount and place! You also can deactivate the card from your phone at will if you lose your card.

T70%
by T####:

This app is great to bad it isnt integrated with the cap 1 app so i dont have to have 2 but i love the real time activity notifications. I have never once thought to use my phone to make a purchase but i forgot my wallet in the car and i was thrilled when i was able to just pull out my phone and make the purchase!

T70%
by T####:

The Wallet part, to track spending, is great -- a little bit of duplication with the standard Capital One app, but they work well and are easy to understand. However, I cannot get the mobile payment part working. I continue to get an error code stating that "For your security, your account is unable to setup mobile payments at this time." -- which means I cannot use my Capital One Quicksilver card with Android pay. Calling Capital One, they said this was an Android problem -- but I have two other cards with different banks working fine with Android Pay. Seriously. This is 2017. It shouldn't be this hard.

T70%
by T####:

Because of the instant purchase notifications I was immediately alerted to fraudulent activity on my card. I was able to instantly lock my card and call Capital One who took care of the matter. Thanks, Capital One!

T70%
by T####:

I really love how this app puts everything into categories, I only wish it had a cash back or points option like some of my other credit cards that don't have this nice interface. I just need how to learn how to use that NSF which the cashier is can't really tell me how to do.

T70%
by T####:

Would be nice if this and the other Capital One mobile app would be merged into one, since they already have many redundant functions. Kind of annoying having to have 2 very similar apps because of the few functions they don't share.

T70%
by T####:

Love this app! No sooner has a purchade been made and I get notified. Wish I'd had this app three months ago when someone charged 500.00 worth of airline tickets on my card. Still can't figure out how it was done.

T70%
by T####:

The only thing missing is fingerprint login. Otherwise it's a solid app for staying up to date on bills, NFC tap and pay, cashback/points, and spending.

K70%
by K####:

Won't let me sign in on the app. It keeps saying wrong username/password but when I try the same username/password combo on the reg cap one app and website I log on no problem. ALSO tried to register my card for Samsung pay and I have to go through this app and it needs to confirm via text or email that it's me with a verification code and when I hit send code, it never sent it
