This app is so slow and stutters or shuts itself often. I wish you could renew more than one item at a time. I also wish you were able to check out an entire season of a tv show at a time instead of one volume at a time. It's a crude app, i just login to the actual website if i want to do anything other than look at a renewal date.

Worse than the fuzzy fonts is the total absence of what music is on the CDs .I've put on hold. It only gives the title, not the tracks. I'm uninstalling it. Their website, on any browser, is more complete, just as fast, and does not require more as card space.

You cant do searches. It is very very slow. The old app worked alot better. You need to make a new app. This is terrible.

I miss a lot off the great features from the old app.

It's a great app so you don't need to go library to hold a book, as well as many other reasons.

So much more convenient than going to the website and logging in and finding what you want.

Great for browsing ebooks and checking them out.

I am very happy with the UI of this new app and the speed to which it delivers services. I think for the initial release it provides very well integrated services that arent too far from what i would need on the website. I am sad to see that the catalog integration does not even hold basic filters for searching content. The old app was able to use advanced search features like desktop encore. I would also like to see the ebranch also incorporate research databases and not just media content.

I use my tablet a great deal and I really dislike having to flip it just to use this app. I also find the navigation a little less than ideal, especially if making use of electronic resources such as Overdrive. Here's hoping for significant improvements to come, as this new app is a big step backwards from what we used to have.

This app is TERRIBLE! The old app was convenient and easy to use, this is jumbled garbage. I listen to audibooks at work and I can barely figure out how to check them out now! WTF!!!

I never write reviews, but this app is ×100,000 better than the old one. It no longer looks like it was made in 1990! It has all the online apps/content!

I like the on-board checkout. Others complained about missing advanced search functions but it meets my needs fine so far.

The old app was great. I don't understand why it got changed to this new one. It's HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Like others, when I request books they get sent to the main branch rather than the one I selected.

The new app sucks. There is no search feature for audio books. They should add publication dates to the descriptions of ebooks.

Easier to read and navigate.

My family has placed items on hold for pick up at a branch only to find that the request does not go through completely... It changes the pick up location to whatever location is the default set on the library's website for your account. I tried it several times for different branches and each time it says that the request went through. I immediately check my holds and find the request is active but will only send items to my home library.

Used to be great, now terrible search, slow to load
