Saint-a-Day is built using content from the extremely popular Saint-a-Day books from the Daughters of St. Paul through their publishing house, Pauline Books & Media.. The application is useful as a reference tool, for daily meditation and prayer, and as a spiritual companion. Saint-a-Day is also practical for teachers, homilists, and leaders who want to bring the lives and examples of the saints into their classrooms, homilies, and groups.

•A biography for every day of the year!
•Quick navigation to today's saint biography.
•A full liturgical calendar, to quickly navigate to any saint biography of the year.
•A fully searchable, alphabetic listing of saint biographies.

Did the Android update and find the old format was much better. Now not a choice to go directly to Saint A Day. Have to open it as a new app selection. I liked Catholic news and Saint a Day accessible via one app-iMissal.

It's okay but not always accurate. For example, St. Jane de Chantel and St. Stanislaus are on the wrong dates. I deleted it and now looking for a better replacement.

Saint A Day is a great resource, but without, and separate from iMissal I find it less than inspiring. I hope that you didn't discontinue iMissal. I cannot find it in the Google play store. If they could be reunited again it would be 5+.

This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for: a Saint of the day app that is easy to use, gives lots of info on the Saints, has a prayer/meditation, & is easy to read. I recommend it to everyone wanting to learn about Saints every day!

This is a fantastic app. Easy to read and very informative about each saint. I always review the Saint of the day before I go to Mass. We should stay in communion with the Saints each and every day.

You should be able to access the info for each saint from the Patrons page. It doesn't list all the patronages. The info for each is skimpy. It doesn't have all the saints for each day. The Prayers section is neat. Really i'd like an online martyrology, with complete info like Butler's, and with the categories of info like the Wikipedia profiles.

It really needs to be updated. Some of the saints are on the wrong days. And July 14 is the feast day of SAINT Kateri Tekakwitha. She was canonized on October 21, 2012. You still have her listed as Blessed, not Saint. There are other errors that I have emailed about in the past.

This is a very good app with informative stories about the saints - BUT - it isn't always accurate about the saint's day. It's not unusual to see an October saint listed in January, etc. I always double-check elsewhere the date of the saint listed.

Otherwise Love the app. 2 years later, dates still not corrected!! 10/21/2016 VERY DISAPPOINTED removed 2 stars. The above correction still not made. Additionally, both newly canonized Popes are still listed as "Blessed" and their canonization dates are not noted.
