There is no Canon EOS 77D as an option thus making the app useless for me :(

worked for about 5 minutes and was really helpful then crashed and I can't get it to open again, which is a shame b cos it seemed really helpful, please sort this issue, pleeeease

I'm not very excited with this one. Firstly it won't work in landscape mode on tablet, which is a big handicap, since there are many tablet users out there. In second place it won't allowed me to create a Canon account. Always rejects my given password, so that I haven't set up an account yet, because of this. I'm pretty sure that my pass is OK and I didn't mistyped a single f*****g letter there. So, I 'm waiting for effective solutions on these aspects, maybe in next update...? Update: Resolved the account creation stuff, but remains the tablet mode inquiry. I DO NOT WANT to keep it like a big acromegalistic phone, but to read and use it in landscape mode as on a tablet. My device is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition (SM-P605)

This app is ok, my problem is how buggy it is. Like really buggy, before every video my phone crashes and I have to reload the app and find the video again then watch it. Then once I've watched the video it forces my phone to freeze and then restart

What is this? A website wapped into an "app".. come on. Either make a real app or just keep your web in the browser. Looks ugly, works badly and is difficult to use. Is this what Canon brand is all about?

Have rated low as I cannot see how the app works as I have the EOS 550D. The EOS 550D is not included in the list of cameras yet. Hopefully my camera will be listed soon and I can rate more stars

Used to be a great app until someone felt they needed to justify their job and update. Now it is not working at all! Such a pity.

It has stopped working, I can't view tips or tutorials . Disappointing

Can we have an option of adding a logo or name before forwarding/ sending pictures? This would be great

Gives you insight in photography and inspiration what more you can ask. Great stuff.

I like the application very much and it's really valuable. The only thing that I really miss is to add a bookmark to save some tips for later usage. How about adding the feature of comments on photos of the gallery and saving them too? Thanks again.

Register?? Won't let me do it. Won't open. The previous app version was excellent. This ones a waste. Being a 1st time buyer and a beginner now I'm stuck with a Canon EOS 1200D camera with no app no use of camera. Canon can you hear me????

Something wrong here, would not let me even register let alone open the app. I had the previous version which was great but now doesn't seem to exist! Explain please.

Older version of this app was excellent. Easy to use and very handy for tips as a beginner. BRING IT BACK! New version awful, doesn't work. Fix please?

There is a lot of information for beginners here. I highly recommend the app, especially for Canon owners.

Being quite new to photography I found this quite useful.

Great works well easy to use

Its good and helpful but what annoys me is that can in has some if the best cameras and technology but it's videos look like they have been recorded with a potato. It also lack help in setting and how to use these and what they do.

This app will not work on a hudl2, this despite the claim that this app is compatible with all my devices. Will anything be done to correct this issue? This is not the first time an app from the Google playstore has been found not to work on my tablet. I want to know why.

Excellent product very helpful and easy to understand this app is excellent

Downloaded and answered the three simple questions then it crashed. Wouldn't load the app on a Samsung galaxy note 8. I guess that makes it a rubbish app unless you have hardware it works on. Disappointed, and a bad start with a new camera where they are pushing the app as a way of selling the camera. I'll have to figure it out myself or buy a new tablet.
