I liked the app when I first got it but it just did an update and now I don't get my notifications. I have to login to look at my pictures which kind of defeats the purpose of the cellular aspect. I thought only the government took good things and gave them bad updates.

Keeps kicking me out so I have to get my buddy to reenter all his info. Once your logged in it should keep you logged in. Now it's telling me I can't look at the pics. Keeps saying internal server error.

excellent app, when it works. Sometimes when I take real time photos it doesn't send to the cloud. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

The app just started advertisement. This is going to suck.

App works great. I have 3 cameras and this app allows me to manage my photos and make changes to each one of them individually. I have read some of the negative feedback but all I have is good things to say about it. I recommend using this app.

Can't log in to the app, keeps saying 'Incorrect email or password'. The e-mail and PW are most definitely correct as I can log in to the website just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck... Grrr

The pictures I receive are not the proper pixels. I get pictures all squeezed, making objects tall and thin. I don't see how to adjust it. If I share pic to a text message, then it's fine. I don't know, kind of annoying.

used to work great.. now it is soooooo slow.. takes forever to even bring up your list of cameras.. theb once you click in the camera it may or may not show you your pictures until u close the app and re open it.. close re open.. then maybe... covert. whats the deal.. you used to be great.. now youre headed down hill.. products and customer service!!

I have tried several times to make the camera take a picture by sending a request but has not worked since the last update... it does seem to work but pics are infrequent enough in a high traffic area that I am wondering if it is working well enough.

Works pretty good, wish photos were better quality. And wish you could change notifications on the app, just started using the app with a new camera and for some reason my camera takes a photo every 3 minutes, tried changing remotely but not having any luck..

It works pretty well but there are definitely some basic features missing, such as the inability to turn off push notifications temporarily (to preserve battery life for example). Would be great to add some tracking/patterning options.

Needs notification when new photo is received. Otherwise good app.

This app does not notify us when a pic comes in. That's why I bought the camera, so I'd get the pic instantly, the pic comes right away, but the app doesn't notify you.

I know i can go into the app info and turn off notifications entirely, but we need more control. I would love to keep notifications on but need to be able to turn sound and vibration off.

Wasn't sending pictures to phone.. App says i have 80% battery life camera says low batteries can someone explain that

I like the app much better than the 2013 txt messages, but my biggest problem is how it notifies you via phone notification default sound. I like the txt msg because I could set all picture messages to be silent, but with the app, the notification is set to my volume control, which can get annoying after a few in a row. If I turn notifications off for the app then I have to manually check which sort of defeats the purpose. I wish there was a better solution. Changing notification to silent isn't realistic.

First, it doesn't display properly in landscape mode. The date/time, temperature banner fills have the screen. Second, if you're using the camera for security and want to use this app, the notification system is lacking and you'll miss most alerts. There are no options on how to receive notifications. Third, you can't pinch as zoom on the photo as you could if it was a regular text message. Fourth, data usage, location, and last update are always "N/A". I could go on but come on, this app is incomplete. Seems like it was put together very quickly. The only reason I don't give it one star is that it I do get every picture, even if I have to manually look.

Latest update on 05-16-16 added zoom feature Nice!! Can you work on share options for android, the only option i have is facebook. Thanks, Just updated firmware to the application today. It's a good start. It does notify you. You will need to go into your application manager and change covert app setting to notify. Needs a little improvement but the folks at Covert will have updates coming. One thing it needs is capability to zoom pictures. The share feature isn't working on android either.

Just got this camera a week ago, the app seems to working although the camera is in a weak signal area and the signal comes and goes. The temp and wind direction are sometimes off. The day after I received my camera they updated the app to include pinch zoom from the app which works on my Note4. Thanks for the great product and keep the improvements coming. I'm ordering a second camera today.

You would think after playing $400 that the app would give you a audible notification for both iPhone and Android. If you have a Android device I would strongly recommend not getting this camera.

I hope the features work as advertised, if they do I'll be buying more.

App is ok but has limited features and doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Would like to be able to zoom in on the pictures.

Would be better if you could zoom....
