At Canadian Direct Financial (CDF) we understand you’re always on the move. Now, your money can move with you with Canadian Direct Financial’s mobile app. Get up-to-date account balances, view transactions, pay bills, and transfer money all from the convenience of your mobile device.

CDF Mobile is compatible with Android operating systems 4.1 and higher. To use the app, you must be signed up for Canadian Direct Financial Online Banking. If you have lost your online banking personal access code, phone CDF at 1-877-441-2249. Your login information for CDF Mobile is the same as for your CDF Online Banking.

With Canadian Direct Financial’s mobile app, you can:
• Quickly view your account balances
• Manage multiple accounts
• View previous and upcoming transactions
• Pay bills and transfer money now or schedule future payments
• Send and receive Interac® e-Transfers
• Find nearby ATMs

To use CDF Mobile, you will need to grant the app permission to access the following functions:
• Approximate location – allows you to use your device’s GPS to find an ATM. This can be turned off after the app installation by turning off the phone’s GPS.
• Full network access – allows CDF Mobile to connect to the Internet so you can do your mobile banking.
• Take pictures and videos – CDF Mobile does not currently have remote deposit capability, but permission to take photos and video is required to allow the app to download.
