Camping & Caravanning Club

I've just realised that everything I read on the magazine is downloaded to my tablet. The files are huge which means it would quickly fill up my data storage. The files aren't in the downloads folder which means to free up space I have to go into the app and delete all data. Basically what do I get for my membership fee? Absolutely nothing, definitely won't be rejoining.

Nice app, good access to magazines including back issues. Marred by login issues which requires member information to be re-entered when directed to main site content, this quickly becomes annoying and isn't common on other apps. Surely this is easy to improve on with stored membership details?..

Constant Download Failed messages - Usual quality of club apps. Why not just keep it simple with a password protected PDF format magazine that would then be comparable with all platforms ? Downloaded it again - different but no great improvement, inconsistent scroll directions, having to scroll to bottom of page before the next one can be loaded from the right.........

Nice app that allows me read the monthly mag while I'm away. Well done CCC. Update 27/4/17: getting lots of download errors now! App says it has downloaded a specific magazine, but closer inspection shows that it has only partially downloaded it, and most of the sections are missing. Trying to get them results in repeated 'download failure' errors before it eventually completes the process. Would be far better allowing members to download PDF versions of the Mag from the App. Less hassle. Android tablet running 5.0.1

Does not work it is not possible to read any content. Constant download errors. It's about time this was fixed it's not exactly a complicated app!

App downloaded and installed with no problem!! Can access all areas with no problem, seems fine.

Initially suffered the same fate as others, namely downloading was not possible. Reinstalled and it now works. Shame CCC did not mention that the fault had been fixed. It would be nice to be able to view in landscape and zoom in / out .

Useless on smartphone. Every tap on map brings up keyboard hiding the flipping map. Madness

Really thought this was a breakthrough after struggling with slow and none responses trying to read the magazine online via email link. What a load of rubbish. Constant download failed messages. Come on C&CC, sort it out please.

When first download log in and download mag works.Try again next day and gone try log in again still but download fail. Only way I can get to work is uninstall app then reinstall and works just to much trouble every time I want to use.

Works fine more me. Comments about not downloading or keyboard covering things up are obviously down to reviewers to knowing how to use their devices properly. Sorry guys!

The only two links that work for me are the camping and caravan club site and the link to Insurance. (Samsung tab3). Shame.

As everyone else has described, you just constantly get 'download failed'. What's the point? Might as well just read the magazine. Uninstalled

Only page I can view is to join the club all the rest download failed message.

Failed on first attempt to download, not worth the effort, uninstalled.
