Cammy - IP Camera monitoring for Android
This is a brilliant app and easy to use.. However, I am getting annoyed that the app has recently starting crashing and is failing to open on my phone.. This is having a knock on effect to effective security monitoring. It needs to be fixed promptly. But when everything is in order, it's fantastic. I would highly recommend to others. Fix the problem please.
False alerts & recording when I'm home since update when it shouldn't , can't send message to Cammy via app... Please fix

App stopped working after the last update. It's been two months and my cameras stopped working, alarms don't happen, and customer service is useless. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! UPDATE: I've been waiting since October 2016 for a camera to work. They keep sending cameras, and they don't work. Called customer service, was hung up on, laughed at, and put on hold never to return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Live view finally working on Android after last update, fix the Geo fencing issues regarding arming and disarming the system and it will then be a great app
Not happy did not recieve the grey cord in box $350 i paid and can't hook them up bad heather
So far these cameras and the app work great. Video quality is good. I have two cameras one of which I can pan tilt and zoom. Audio is OK. Easy to set up and easy to use.

It's bad would be better if the new cameras had a zoom and the outside camera rotated the app well some times it don't detect where u are so if like me 4 people on the cameras and it says 1 or 2 are still at home when they are not the app is great don't connect to cameras if you have not got WiFi 4g it really struggles to connect to the cameras if they sort all these out would be great but when I signed up it was £7.50 per camera for the service now it's £10 now i wouldn't pay that for the service the live view keeps crashing and that's when it works I will be looking for another service it's just not worth the money
Was better when I first got these cameras. Now sometimes it works and sometimes not at all!
Very happy to know Cammy secures my home. Being able to check wherever I am is a massive bonus. Downside, could really do with a part that records noise as well as movement and the movement full and not intermittent. This would be good to record full events for court case if needed. Night time vision is good.
Did 12 months subscription and glad its over. Terrible outdoor quality on moving person. Can't even make out gender in most cases. Good idea let down by equipment.
I have 3 cameras 2 of which can't be set up. They will not link to the app at all. I have had promises that staff will call but nothing happens.. I'm not happy with the service or cameras and want my contract cancelled.
Unfortunately most of the times it doesn't recognise that I left the flat, making the app useless. I have been using it perhaps for about a year, and I think at the beginning it was more precise. I'll cancel the subscription
It's just a fantastic alarm system. I never get any false alarms, I can keep going into my camera and check my flat and pets are ok. 5 stars from me.
Like the cameras. Like the app. Unforch the live feed can be Intermittent. With bug fixes this will improve.
Can live view on one camera but the second won't do it if you are trying to view away from home. Everything else works. This happened since the software updated.
It is getting better when I first got my cameras they would go out all the time had to fight Cammy for a credit finely got it and since the update camera's work good

I've had this service for a little over six months and it has not worked. The app is always down. And my cameras do not work on wifi. I tried to reach customer service. They claimed they would reimburse me for a month and send a free return label. And they haven't done neither. Now I can't get anyone from customer service to return my call. This service is a waste of time. And a rip off! I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service and company.
Ever since we installed 4 cammy cams throughout our home we have total peace of mind knowing our property is secure and fully monitored.
I've had my camera's for over a year and never had any problems,great quality and great piece of mind that my home and classic car are protected.

I bought 3 cameras and they worked great for a few weeks , now I can only get live view on one camera , rarely on two , I had to reboot the outdoor camera to get it to work again , however if I put it where it was working originally it no longer gets a signal .I contacted support and you only get one reply per day , so it can take several days for them to ask questions and give you answers .I bought these as I'm away from home often and they have been a let down unfortunately.
Spot on app would be better if they updated it so you can beam it to your smart tv hopefully they will take this on board and give the option to beam it too my smart it as well
Looking better after the updates now the options work well.

Seem to be ignoring me.... uve emailed them twice over a 2 week period. Cant get any return emails....pretty not so good with communication.... anybody got a U.K number i can call??... seems to be when you sign up, they not interested in you....also took to much out my bank account.
Will seek another basic, free service.
