Goes off a lot for the smallest things and sounds. Works very good. Takes a while to load but works well. The only negative is the speaking device is low or weak.

Works well, the monitoring plan is ok if you only plan to have one camera. But at $6/unit, if you install more than two, other monitoring companies become less expensive. I will use it as an auxiliary unit and will go with Simplisafe as my main.

Doesn't work properly worked a few days and has been telling me that my devices aren't connected..Connections are fine.Unit just doesn't want to work..And then you have to purchase App after your free trial is done..Why buy App when it doesn't work.

Just setup my AP10 camera, video displays upside down as well as snapshots. Stays stationary does not have 180 degrees tilt as mentioned in settings. Sent support email.

App unable to connect to the cameras. Very disappointed.

It shows everything upside down, can't get it to switch to right position also says the the sd card isn't in when it is. Sending the camera back

Qxr Code doesn't work, very disappointed

It's a good Camera but there should be a plan or deal for more than one cam cloud storage.

Sluggish and slow on a Verizon table

Easy set up out of the box. Could check camera had my fav spots it went off that night and been resetting everything and all it does now is say LOADING

When you sell the product, you should tell in the descripton that we won't be able to save in our own sd card. How is that possible. I need to pay you guys to record my own video? That's inseam.

Garbage. I spent several hours trying to scan their code, but nothing works. Will return the camera

app is glitchy. Shows camera is disconnected when it is not. If you select camera it will display but leave it for a few seconds without selecting and it shows it is disconnected. Restart app and select camera and it is ok. App has flaws. Need fixed.

I bought toguard cameras and they work perfectly with this app. The way I install it is that when I add a camera I use the scan method where the app puts the coded scan image on my phone and I hold it up to the camera and the camera recognizes it and then adds the camera to my list. It works perfectly every time... there's no downtime like with previous security cameras I've had. They're quiet and work perfectly ...the only problem I have is that the power cord is a little short but you can always buy an extension for a few bucks on eBay or Amazon.

So far so good, except a couple of times it went off and came back online. Not bad.

Prefect for our hone/ daycare recordings a little expensive four 8 cameras.

If I could save my own footage it'd be a 5. Other than that, it's exactly what I needed. Great picture in day and night settings.

This app asks for invasive permissions that seem unnecessary like which apps are running on my phone and my browser history and bookmarks. Seems like a breach of privacy and it's unclear what's done with all the data collected?
