This would be a great study tool if it worked. I spent 9.99 to unlock all of the math videos but only half of them will play. Contacted support heard from them once. I have sent several emails with no response or resolution. I say use the free portion of the app but dont buy any extras very poor support.

I was really loving this app and still would if my problem could be resolved. I had bought the $4.99 package of questions and studied for a while. The next day I logged back into the app and it said I had to buy the questions again. I contacted support a week ago and they said they were working on a resolution, but at this point I just feel like I was ripped off because after numerous emails, nothing has been done to restore my purchase.

You are given a limited database of answers for the $4.99. Once you purchase the app, you can either BUY more questions or get an 85% or higher on a random 100 question test and be given more questions. Here is the problem: Whether it is intentional or a glitch, the test changes your correct answer to an incorrect answer before you review. On my last prelactice test, the app did this on 4 questions. This makes it more difficult to get the 85. I know my answers were correct b/c I had them before.

I purchased all the questions and videos, to later on loose them and installed the app again and is asking me to pay again. Not right
