When you can get the program to load, it works great and is easy to use. However with the latest update (May '13) they tried changing a few things and I've had nothing but trouble with it. Can't get the program to connect with cameras at all or it takes nearly a full minute of trying to connect before it finally does. Previously it would connect within a few seconds. Also, screen footage seems to be frozen often. Have to constantly refresh the connection to get updated feed or it closes on its own
