Sometimes onsite security recording devices can be stolen or damaged or perhaps a dvr can suddenly turn.off.or malfunction. I have had this happen and using this camcloud as back up protection i recorded an entire event that saved me .

Very good company. app could be a bit more user friendly but it works fine as is.

Crashed on time, but very frendly.

Didn't care for Foscam Cloud because it did not alert me to motion events even when setting up a schedule. Tried this one even though it was more expensive and still have the same problems. Pretty much the same setup as Foscam Cloud and very disappointed on the lack of functionality in this app :(

Having tried several similar type services with my Hikvision home ip cameras, I am mostly satisfied with this app and the cloud based services. Would be great if full screen horizontal viewing was added. Also a bit pricey compared to others, but it is the most polished interface. Will be evaluating against TinyCam cloud service once available. The TinyCam app is better for viewing live video.

Nice trial. I finished the evaluation. I am on board to use this app. Nice to have an app that uses camera's from different manufacturers. Thanks Cloudcam. Great motion alerts and great time line reply feature.

This service is a little confusing to startup with your IP camera, but once you figure it out it is a wonderful tool. The app works great and any IP camera works with it.

Wouldnt register my account even after many tries but took my information

I have one issue with this android App. While it was working fine for a while, right now somehow Android app do not see anymore my camcloud camera configured. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall app, restart phone, sign off/sign in app, and it still does not see camera configured in my account. I was even deleting my camera via web side, and readded it again, tried all I had in mind, nothing helped. And on other side - my other phone using same account, same app see my cloud camera fine. Please advise, what else can I do to solve this issue. Update: "fixed" it for now by multiple logging off / re-adding camera, seems working so far

Purchased a D-Link network camera and motion detector works lousy. With Camcloud, it make the capture much more longer and able to capture more than usual. Thanks Camcloud and also Alen for helping to set up everything. Perhaps can add in feature to download video or images from the app. It will be easier.

Excellent support! Had camera issues, but Alen spent time with me working to fix problems and staying in contact through email. We finally got everything working great! Thank you, this is what I call customer support.

I do love this app. I only wish it had a delete all and sometimes when I view the video it takes some time to load. But I can control my cameras from it.

Avoid this at all costs. Signed up for it, had issues making it work as it's completely un-userfriendly. Bought it to monitor new baby rabbits we had, but sadly a day later they passed away. Had emailed the company for help setting up the cams at first, never heard back. Then emailed the company asking if they have a refund policy since I only had it for two days and explained that our rabbits passed away which was devastating, never heard back from them either. I cancelled my account, got an email the next month saying they charged my Visa again. Emailed them AGAIN this time explaining I cancelled my account, which their website shows and wanting to know why they are still charging me. Again, NO reply. Another month goes by and I just get an email saying they were unsuccessful in charging my Visa this month! It's because I had to have Visa block them as fraud for trying to charge me so much after I terminated my account. They don't answer any emails or support calls so ignore them unless you like to waste your time.

Can you add vibrations or sound notification? Else then notification is useless actually as we are not all the time looking at the screen.

The app is good with the latest push notification. Now I can do without those emails. But if a built in player can be provided, that would be the best, instead of needing the user look for compatible apps. Also a win on usability if users can swipe to the next/previous photo/video instead of having to back out and then look where was the last photo/video viewed to find the next/previous photo/video. 4 stars for now.

Really pointless app for mobile devices as long as your web interface uses flash. Unable to start camera remotely using app or web interface on mobile devices that don't have latest flash version installed.

It is great, and stays connected instead of having to log in each time. Would like to have a "Select All" for deleting recordings.

The image recording need to have swipe to next image instead of going back and select the next image.

Almost perfect it would be nice if I could control the cam.
