If you have a customized "vanity" license plate you cannot add your vehicle. The app's incorrect warning is "License Plate must be alphanumeric."

I use it every weekday and had only glitched once when I got a ticket but paid. Customer service reversed it when I gave them my receipt #. Only other issue is when I put in stall# I get a numpad keyboard but when I put in pin to pay I get a numpad pop up for a split second then it reverts to standard keyboard.

Completely unusable. Have tried to use it to pay for parking several times and finally gave up in frustration. I don't understand how an app this bad can be published. It is like they want you to give up so there is a reason to issue a ticket for unpaid parking

Don't use parkings that require this app. They will ticket you if you are 5 min late. Whats the point of registering for this crap if it won't auto extend you. I'll take meter or ticket based parking over this crap any day...

I used this and STILL got ticketed. When contact support they find no record of payment. According to them, we shouldn't use their app anymore, but use their website instead. Yet you can still download and install the app. It's a scam. Warning you all, stay away!!!

The app seemed to work, but for "Event" parking it gave me 15 mins after the event Ended to get back to and move my car. This was a MLS soccer match, it was crowded and gave not nearly enough time to get back, and then charged me another $7 to extend my parking.
