We have been using the service for the last year and it has truly been a perfect fit for our organization. The overall ease in operation, coupled with its versatility and custom field options make it the perfect choice for Electronic Patient Care Reporting. The managerial and administrative user interface is simple to use, isolating various extensive search filters and the ability to export the files in a PDF format. It also includes some useful statistical data for administrative reporting. I highly recommend CallSnapp for services looking to move from paper documentation to ePCR. It is currently focused on BLS service provision, but the team at CallSnapp are constantly developing the software and making additions and improvements. The customer service team is outstanding and they have provided excellent immediate personal support. The system has been flawless. Bravo to the CallSnapp team!

We’ve been using CallSnapp since 2013 and could not love it more! The transition from paper to ePCR with CallSnapp could not have been easier. The application's simplicity has made it really easy for our members to pick it up quickly and complete their reports even more efficiently. Members love the ease of inputting info, photos, and other attachments as needed. As Captain, the statistics provided have been invaluable and instant access to reports from anywhere has been fantastic. I highly recommend CallSnapp for any agency!
