About Callorb
Callorb is a call management system and a call tracker app for Android devices that not only keeps track of the call (time, duration, phone number) but also the content of the call – what it was about, who it was with. Callorb is unique in this way in that calls are documented for later retrieval and follow up. The user accesses the Callorb application on the phone and annotates the subject matter of the call. For example, a real estate agent may receive a call to show a house on Saturday at 3 PM. Or a sales person may get an order from a client for 300 plastic screws. Annotated “Show Main st. house at 3 PM Saturday” or “Ship 300 plastic screws to Acme Industrial” respectively, the salesperson has a record of the call (with caller number) for follow up at a convenient time. Simply entering a note about the call in the Callorb app permanently stores this information in the Callorb cloud for later retrieval.
Calls can be securely accessed at any time from the companion web application at the users convenience using a desktop, laptop or tablet computer or mobile device. From the web application calls can be further grouped, classified, sorted or searched on. Even additional notes can be added along with follow up reminders and tasks. The user can run call reports listing all of the calls by client, project, phone number, date, etc... Even better, with the Google import feature the users contact list can be seamlessly imported from their phone. Inbound call tracking has never been so easy.
